Beautiful well looked after hotel in a nice area, lovely designed modern rooms. Absolutely spotlessly clean! Great service!. Only downside is no shops walking distance to get any emergency supplies

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll, leider wurde eines unserer Motorräder vom Hotelparkplatz gestohlen. Niemanden in diesem Hotel hat das interessiert. Die Kameras wurden auch auf bitten, nicht überprüft. Das könne nur die Polizei machen. Die auch kein Interesse zuhaben schien. Fahren sie keinesfalls mit Motorrädern oder wertvollen Fahrzeugen dort hin, es wird danach weg sein.

We were booked into the Whelan Suite. A very large room with a separate bathroom and toilet. Extremely comfortable large bed. I would say the only things missing were glasses to drink water from. Other than that the restaurant food for evening dinner was excellent. Breakfast in the Garden Restaurant was equally of a high standard. Staff in both restaurants are polite , friendly and attentive. The only negative experience was the spa. Whilst we were there it ran out of drinking water, the staff did not make any attempt to address this as they were closing and the customers were definitely not their priority. Such a shame as absolutely all the rest of the staff were so friendly and polite.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, nice room, nice decor, nice gardens, tables in Garden brasserie stained which isn't great and a bit sticky, I'd expect better at this level hotel. Limited breakfast items on the continental breakfast table. Noisy guests at night.

I have stayed at Orsett before and returned because its covenant for business but more importantly its nice. The staff are brilliant and very polite so i would book again as long as the price was right because it can fluxgate and can double in costs

very clean and comfortable for me pillows are a little hard only stayed 1 night so not a problem otherwise very nice room

Orsett is a beautiful hotel and the staff / team are so welcoming i stayed for business but would definitely recommend for leisure.

I visited the spa, paid on top of my hotel stay… No water in the hot tub! Which is the main thing at a spa!

Booked this place for ease of access for daughters audition for Performers College. Was fantastic stay with leisure facilities, food was good especially breakfast. Deal was amazing better than usually chain offers for two rooms. Was surprised that there was an additional fee for leisure and rate being per hour ,but still enjoyed it. Pool area had soome protective mats but i did feel unsafe on surface with having some mobility issue. Overall though would stay again,staff extremeley helpful and polite.

Hotel was lovely, room was large and clean. TV didn’t work on the second night but not a big deal. Little disappointed in the quality of the gym, little equipment and poorly maintained.

Lovely Hotel, very helpful Staff, ideal for travellers looking to stay near the Dartford, Purfleet Area. Hope to have time to use the pool and the Spa facilities on my next visit

Could have been so much better but for little details. Cheap plastic cups in bathroom (environmentally very unfriendly and not befitting a 4 star establishment). Quality of towels in bathroom was poor and they were very small. Whilst the bathroom fittings were good, the quality of the toiletries left something to be desired. No mini bar in bedroom is fine, but again, most 4 star hotels at least provide a bottle of water, this was not the case. The bar was open until 11.00 pm, but by 10.30 pm they had thrown away all the ice so there was none left for a nightcap. Waiting staff at breakfast were brusque and unfriendly (staff and dinner were warm & welcoming).

Had a lovely stay. Rooms were so clean and loved the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the bar was a nice area to have a drink and relax
