Not very disabled friendly. Not walking distance from swimming pools for someone pushing a wheelchair. Bathrooms for disabled people dangerous with slope in shower.

My advise is, go in the week and not in weekends. The place is well kept and old fashioned quality and customer service. But the guests over the weekend are a certain type of folk that are loud, rude and create a different a**osphere. Lots of loud music, fast driving, etc. If you want to enjoy this place in quietness, go in the week along with the pensioners. We went with small kids and enjoyed the activities and heated pools in the weekdays.

All was excellent except for the restaurant buffet meals pls work on the standards there, the rest of the normal menu food was excellent, love the animals walking around freely, caught two nice carbs as well of over 2,5 Kg, your security standards are of a very high level and also their assistance.

Shows and venues were good. Maybe a bit too cluttered on the stage with the speakers obstructing a lot of the view of the guests trying to see the singers (if you are not sitting right in front of the stage). Activities are great. Resort is clean and well looked after. Great value for money.

My family loved there time at this busy resort. It's very vibey bus big enough to find a quiet place to relax. Wish we could have stayed a little longer

Great resort with amazing kids facilities! Clean, friendly, good food and good service. And amazing wildlife at your doorstep!

Best breakaway ever! Everything was just perfect! We enjoyed every single moment and came home rejuvenated!

Very nice place to entertain family especially kids. The food, restaurant and the stuff was awesome. My only disappoin**ent was the rooms, very nasty smell, old looking and uncomfortable. I also found hairs from previous guests on check in which was not pleasant at all. Generally a very nice place, but will definitely book the new units next time.

Warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff to all other staff encountered around the resort. Clean and well-kept facilities. the experience never disappoints. Thank you for making us feel appreciated and respected. Cannot comment on the quality of the rooms but I can see recent upgrades were done. Camping is our preferred method of accommodation, and the sites were upgraded with shade netting on most of the stands. As always, we will return, thank you Klein Kariba!
