I went last year with my mom and we had a crappy time, we called in advance and booked one room for two nights when we arrived the rude fount desk woman informed us that we could only stay one night because there was a ”misunderstanding” over the phone and the breakfast was just frozen microwaveable sandwiches. But that was nothing compared to the awful experience my family went though yesterday we went to check in and when booking online instead of over the phone because that didn't work out it said children under two did not count but when we got there she said everything online was wrong and we were over occupancy and needed to ”get rid of” my infant brother because we were over we had no choice and she wouldn't let us check in at all, she made my mother cancel our reservation and pay for an upgrade that was a way more expensive room with 4 beds yes, we needed 4 beds for a baby, After all of that we had a mediocre time at best . anyway we finally get home today and find out that they had charged my mom another $250 after we had already checked out she is currently trying to get her money back from them. please be aware the front desk is rude and unhelpful and will talk to you very poorly and management has been no better. there is a better experience elsewhere for you and your family!
