Nos gustó mucho la ubicación. El recepcionista es muy simpático y amable. Alquilamos una scooter eléctrica y por la noche se encargaban de cargar la bateria.En la azotea hay una piscina donde te puedes tomar algo y ver las vistas desde allí. Está muy cerca el mirador del balcón del Mediterráneo y la zona de bares Vascos.

Pequeña-gran joya en el centro de Benidorm. Solo quiero agradecer a todo el equipo que formáis la familia Centromar el cariño, dedicación y profesionalidad que desprendeis. Recientemente dos parejas (mis suegros y unos amigos) me perdieron que les hicieses una reserva "en Benidorm", sin dudarlo contacte con vosotros porque hacia años mi mujer y yo nos habíamos alojado allí y teníamos gratos recuerdos. Han regresado ayer y todavía están alucinando del trato que han recibido por todos vosotros. Nunca se habían sentido tan mimados en un hotel como en el vuestro. Muchas gracias y seguir así que ese es el camino 😉

Es la tercera vez que vengo y sin duda habrá una cuarta. El personal es súper atento y amable (especial mención a Luis). Está muy bien ubicado y todo lo que buscas lo tienes a mano. La limpieza es de diez también. La calidad/ precio es inmejorable.

Location centrale Proximité a la plage et à la vieille ville Hôtel excellent Piscine en haut avec une vue paranomique sur Benidorm Mariangeles et les autres staff nous ont aidé chaque jour de notre sejour. MERCI EDDIE et Enda ( vos amis irlandais) À bientôt

Desde el día en que hice la reserva directamente con el hotel,Luis fue encantador, estuvo en todo momento pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera genial y así fue.( estuvimos como en casa) Habitación muy limpia, desayuno buffet muy bien, el punto estratégico del hotel para no coger coche,tiendas , restasurantes , mirador , la piscina en la terraza del hotel con vistas, hamacas , barecito y musiquita ""un 10"" Pepa y Coral

Una estancia 10. Quiero dar las gracias al personal al completo por como se han portado de atentos en todo momento. A Luis de recepción por su amabilidad y simpatía. La ubicación es excepcional y el hotel muy familiar. Todo un acierto. Gracias!

El mal trato es telefónico, pues no hemos llegado a ir, ya que nos dijeron un precio al hacer la reserva y después nos pedían 500 € más. La primera chica que nos atendió, muy simpática, era nueva, por lo visto. O quizá hayan utilizado esa excusa para querer subir el precio. La que atendió después, la “jefa”, prepotente y echándonos la culpa de su error. En fin, una pena.

Lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal que allí trabaja. Al buffete le daría de puntuación un 3,era un poco repetitivo y poca variedad,la habitación suficiente,la cercanía a la playa genial, el aparcamiento..... complicado.pero en general bien,volvería

Absolutely fabulous from check in to check out. We met the nicest guy on reception when we checked in who was so helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he was just the friendliest person. We only had 3 nights here but will definitely return in the future and hopefully stay longer. The room was good and spacious and the bathroom had everything you could need including several dental kits and a hairdryer. Fabulous pressure from the shower too. The beds were a little hard for me I prefer a softer bed but that’s just my preference. We didn’t get to eat at the hotel but from what we saw the food looked very good. The pool area was really good. Seemed to be plenty of beds and chairs available and the pool bar was nice. Location was amazing. In the old town and just a stones throw from everything. Can’t wait to return here.

Location is good for the old town and the staff were friendly ,the room was cleaned every day while we were there ,but the walls are so thin we could here every conversation and noise from next door ,there were 3 lads staying there and they kept us awake until 3,30 just by talking

Had a great stay in Hotel Centro Mar with my partner. Luis on reception was a star and helped us in any way possible. He also had a great manner and could see he was friendly with everyone, both guests and staff. The hotel itself has the best possible location in Benidorm, especially if you prefer the Old Town. I would recommend spending more on the sea view rooms as slightly bigger with more sound proofing. Great showers too in all rooms. Highly recommend to anyone

The hotel is really well located in the old town of Benidorm. When we arrived it was a very quick and easy check in process, the lady on reception was excellent. The rooms are very nicely decorated and have a modern and very clean bathroom. The staff on reception every day were very polite and were always friendly and willing to help with any questions. A special mention to the gentleman who was on reception over night (night porter) he was a very friendly and helpful guy. The pool area was lovely and the views from up there a stunning especially at night time. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be using it again for sure. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What can insay, absolutely gem of a hotel. The place is absolutely spotless, and the staff are the most helpful and friendliest I've had the pleasure to meet. There was nothing that was too much trouble. The food was spot on, ebmven though we only had breakfast. I would advise you to pay for a higher floor as the lower floors do just look out onto buildings. The pool area on the roof is great. Loads of sun loungers and a bar area for drinks. The hotel is located just off the balcony in the old town and the bars and restaurants are just outside the hotel, tapas alley is less than 2 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend it, and we will be going back sooner rather than later, fingers crossed Thank you all at the centro mar for a wonderful stay
