好地方,優秀的房間,觀的室。 意大利餐廳吃得很好,但很貴,這家餐廳沒有咖啡館。不幸的是,在接待室和餐館裏沒有人能說西班牙語,這對於成爲如此規模和太平洋的酒店來說是非常奇怪的。

不錯的酒店,不是真的中央,但外面的公共交通很好。早餐夠好,房間不錯。酒吧和餐廳的開放時間有點短,可能是因爲covid。車庫價格合理,感覺安全。

This was a great hostel in Berlin. Neighborhood was super cool and it was the most lively of the hostels we stayed at during this trip in Euro. We got lucky with our room as it was down a hall by itself and even though it was near kitchen it was pretty quiet. The staff was super nice and helpful and the room was spacious despite being 6 beds. Bathroom was also nice and clean. Only complaint would be it's on the pricier side for hostels, and the kitchen did not have much to use for cooking compared to others.

During my recent stay at your hotel, I encountered a number of issues that affected my overall experience. While the hotel appeared relatively new and clean, there were several areas where improvements are needed. 1. Blocked Floor Drain: One evening, as I prepared to take a shower, I noticed that the floor drain was completely blocked. This was highly inconvenient and unexpected. As a hotel guest, I believe it is not my responsibility to unclog drains manually. The task was unpleasant and should have been addressed by the hotel staff promptly. 2. Lack of Proper Cleaning Services: The cleaning services provided during my stay were disappointing. We had to repeatedly request basic cleaning essentials such as vacuuming and toilet paper. It was frustrating to spend a significant portion of our vacation time coordinating with the cleaning staff, especially considering that our requests were not excessive. 3. Inadequate Floor Cleaning: Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were dirty and had not been properly vacuumed. This gave a poor first impression and indicated a lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. 4. Inconsistent Trash Management: The handling of trash was inconsistent. While one of the trash cans was emptied, the other remained full, suggesting an incomplete job by the housekeeping staff. Consistency in maintaining cleanliness is crucial for a pleasant guest experience. 5. Inconsistent Towel Change Service: The towel change service was also inconsistent. Some days, the towels were replaced, while on other days, they were not. This inconsistency can leave guests feeling uncertain about the level of service they can expect during their stay. 6. Misleading Information about Air Conditioning: One of the most significant issues we faced was the absence of the air conditioning system that was promised on ***********. This was particularly problematic as we had a family member with asthma, and the lack of cool air aggravated their symptoms. False information provided regarding amenities is not only misleading but also poses potential health risks to guests. I hope this review provides comprehensive feedback that will assist the management in identifying areas for improvement. It is my sincere hope that necessary actions will be taken to rectify these issues, ensuring that future guests have a more positive and comfortable stay at your hotel. Due to these problems, we decided to check out a day earlier than planned. We hope to hear from you regarding our concerns and the appropriate resolution to address the issues we encountered during our stay.

不論是商務還是休閑旅客，波西米亞酒店都能讓您的柏林之行變得更加美好而難忘。從酒店出發，至Hermannstraße僅有800m遠。附近很多景點，包括Laserstar Lasertag Berlin、Grenzallee和Fragrances Beer of Destiny （Music / Kulturbar） （Dufte Beer of Destiny （Musik/Kulturbar））都離酒店不遠。酒店坐落於Baumblüte In Britz邊，附近還有很多景點包括Muted Horn和Kultstatte Keller。酒店對客房的裝飾十分考究，每間設施齊全的客房都配備有衣櫃/衣櫥。除此之外，配備有吹風機的浴室是您消除一天疲勞的好地方。酒店休閑區提供了各類設施，您可以在這裏舒緩身心壓力。多國語言工作人員的服務，將為您消除在異國的語言障礙。

給朋友定的酒店，他在柏林都住這個酒店！反饋地理位置和吃的比較方便。下次出差就直接住這裏了，親自體驗下。

Location: The location is the prime advantage if you wish to visit Berlin. All the attractions are easily accessible with Bus/S-Bahn/U-Bahn. So full marks for this. Breakfast: For vegeterians, was plenty to choose from. So we are happy with it. Ofcourse for non-vegeterians, maybe bit disappointing as there was no omlett/Wursts/HotDogs etc which you least expect. Staff: Overall good, except one incidence. A Guy with specs, from the kitchen area, talked rudely with us as we were taking photos of the food. He could have talked politely which is the first and utmost thing you expect in Germany. Other than him the all other staff members were good. ROOMs: The rooms were quite small because of extra Bed. We would like to mention that we were completely disappointed with the extra bed. It was big , agree, but it looked like it was a Sofa-Bed and had very large structure which took lot of room space. Exactly the way the others have complained here. The quality of the mattress was poor. The pillow quality was as well poor for this extra bed. The double bed was big enough but the qulity of the mattress can be better. Cleanliness: The room was in general clean except that certain areas needed immediate attention. For example the iron-pad had dust layers so decided not to use it at all. The toilet seat was from outside clean but the inner side was unattended and hence not clean enough. Next day the room service cleaned up the room but it was also not perfect. They only made the bedsheets. They did not bother to once clean the surface of bedsheets. Which we immediately noticed. Which is not expected from room service.

這家民宿酒店坐落在米特,步行即可到達商店(Alexa Mall)、餐廳和交通選擇。房間雖然小,但設備齊全,舒適。牀很舒適。早餐新鮮可口,但每天變化不大。唯一的缺點是,酒店還接待了衆多學生團體,他們擠滿了公共區域、電梯和早餐區,而且經常吵鬧,對其他旅行者的影響也視而不見。在我們4晚的住宿期間,這是每天的煩惱。
