Very nice location and service and no problems faced. Cost wise also good. Cleanliness and good environment and children’s play area available.We had a great time. Easy reachability also. No issues faced from reaching by car. I recommend this to everyone

Lovely place.. location is awesome. Lot of open areas for families and kids, good restaurant facing the lake . Long cozy rooms. Food was great.. very good access from main road, Bhimtal views are amazing and very peaceful. We will Come back again here

the best location in town, bang on the lake. the view from the room is just too good. We had a very nice time at the hotel. the staff are very polite and helpful. A special mention about the food (vegetables): it was made and served with a lot of love.

The stay was good and the view from our room was very beautiful. Loved the breakfast buffet and the service. However the bedding could be better but overall i would recommend this place if you're visiting Bhimtal. The place is very quite and peaceful.

Nice experience enjoyed a lot specially kids area and breakfast and very nice view from the hotel and very ample parking space to park car just provide charging point so that ev cars can be charged you can charge for that but atleast provide charging point

Best in class hotel ***** with superb hospitality. Staff is excellent and eager to serve you best. Very helpful front desk. Rooms are clean and deserve best rating. Food quality is awesome and you get it with a smile. Overall I can say hospitality at its best.

Nice Location with absolute nature view. Clean bedroom and washroom. Adquete general sitting area ***** with kids activities park with trampoline,swing and slide which my kids enjoyed a lot Hotel has in-house restaurant which provide decent variety food

Beautiful property at a place which is very quite and right on the lakeside. Most of the rooms have direct view of the lake. The property could be categorised as a resort as it has ***y sections like gardens, play area and terraces. The staff is friendly and good natured. The food was very tasty and can easily be customised as the chef and kitchen staff are ready to listen. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The hotel was excellent. Truly value for money. I have stayed with family for one night. It was wonderful and memorable. PROS: 1. Excellent location. Just on the bank of Bhimtal lake. Easy to reach and very beautiful lake view. 2. Free parking is provided. They have got enough parking space. 3. Rooms were good even though it was old fashioned. Room was well maintained and big enough. Large double bed was provided which was enough for myself, wife and two kids. If needed they will provide extra bed also (may be chargeable). Kettle and tea/coffee pouch were also provided. Had a flat screen TV also ( We did not use the TV) 4. Bathroom/toilet was neat and clean. Basic toiletries were provided except tooth brush and tooth paste. (Soap, hand wash, shampoo, moisturiser, towels etc were provided. Hot water was available 24 hrs. 5. Commendable outside area/garden/ lake view sitting/dining area. Beautifully maintained garden area with dining facility. We had our food/snacks from garden and other open setup they provided. We can have tea/food by experiencing nice breeze and beautiful lake view. Also present a well maintained small children play area with swings, slides and trampoline. 6. Well behaved and supporting staff. I had to change the date of stay due to health problem. They cooperated and changed the date free of cost. 7. Nice and tasty food with enough varieties. Excellent and fast service also. They have got a nice restaurant also ( we did not had food in restaurant, we used their open setup for all our dining/tea) CONS: NIL OVERALL IT WAS AN AWESOME STAY IN NEELESH INN , BHIMTAL. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR THOSE WHO VISIT BHIMTAL/NEARBY AREA FOR A WONDERFUL MEMORABLE STAY. All the above facilities was for just Rs. 5400/- per night (Including tax)

Wonderful experience. Great hospitality. Loved the food. Bhimtal is a wonderful place and Neelesh Inn adds an additional touch of luxury. Fit for family, ample parking and good rooms.. With great people looking after you.

Decent Location, Good rooms but overall a very very mediocre experience at the Neelesh Inn. Stayed there 3 nights on Christmas weekend., checked out today only. Nothing at all is there in the hotel for kids, guests, apart from the room. NOTHING. Hotel does absolutely nothing to make the stay interesting for guests, NO festival celebrations, NO decoration, NO music.., NO activity for kids, NO bonfire... There was not even a balloon anywhere on the occasion of Christmas.! Even common area(only terrace) lights are kept off. And staff says they switch it on if guests go there. They don't realise guests don't go there if there are no lights.!! Had same discussion with other guests at the breakfast table..They were a group of 12-14ppl... They too didn't find the services worth it.! Even about rooms.., they are good.. but not comfortable for guests. Don't think the owner has himself/ herself stayed there to understand what guests need. Sorry but we just waited for the 3 days to get over asap. Believe me,,it's the first time in 14years we didn't click a single pic in the hotel.!! Food and room service was decent..we ordered all veg food.

Lovely place to stay near the lake. View is mesmerising with peaceful ambiance. Rooms are spacious and very cleaned. Food quality is awesome specially the variety of options they provide in buffet breakfast.

Excellent place to stay, it was clean. View from hotel is just great. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Food ordered was delivered quickly and was very good in taste. Recommended place to stay in case you are staying in Bhimtal.

Pros: 1. Located in front of the bhimtal lake 2. Kitchen/restaurant staff is good Cons: 1. Old room and requires maintenance 2. Basic Hygiene is missing : Linens were dirty , blanket and pillows were full of mouldy smell 3. Tv not functioning properly 4. Our room didn’t have heater facility so they arranged for heater at 500 rs per night on request. However, This amount didn’t show up in the final bill and had to be paid separately in cash.
