Superb service and Elegance resort. Very beautiful place to stay with family. Extremely very behaved and helpful staffs. Lovely food. Our experience was surreal and stress free. I would recommend if your with family and looking for a 5 star experience creek is the best place in Shantiniketan to chill and relax

Had amazing stay . Pool was super cool view Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. N specialy desert are to good tuti fruiti and hot brownie .

We have visited this property in June & it was a wonderful stay. All the staff were courteous and helpfull. The food from restaurant was wonderful. They have a lovely lawn and all facilities were wonderful. Their management is doing a wonderful job.

It was the best experience of this year, I was hesitating while I was planning for this vacation ,as this hot summer was trying to makeup my mind for some hill but I was pleased to visit CREEK and enjoyed the happening drinks and food enjoying the pool and yes the staff is so welcoming...

The location, infrastructure and arrangements of the resort are good. But needs care on maintenance. The staff are to be trained and tuned to maintain such property and respond to the various demand of the travelling tourists. Otherwise it is a new property with facilities of gym, games room, swimming pool, massage and spa, large banquet hall, restaurant etc around a large and green landscaped lawn. Consumption of liquor is restricted to the rooms only. It is not a pet friendly resort

Liked everything other than the following : 1) toilet seat was moving and did not get foxed 2) door knobs and hinges were dangerously sharp, got thread pulled from my saro while going through the front door.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this well maintained property. The staffs were courteous and very helpful. The restaurant was well stocked and served beautiful delicacies…a special mention for “Mihidana cassata”. The resort was well equipped with the pool (my young daughter had enjoyed her moments at the baby pool), spa, a nice games room and the gym….all in very good shapes. A nice stay…highly recommended!

Firstly a big NO to this hotel. The customer service from the restaurant staff is pathetic which cannot be defined. The restaurant staff are ill-behaved and have zero courtesy towards customers. We complained about one restaurant staff about misbehavior and to our surprise the entire restaurant staff started misbehaving with us. So much so that the food prepared prepared by the cook on that particular day of complain was so bad which cannot be defined in words. The hotel is a below average hotel and not at all worth the price that they charge. People who have not visited a decent hotel may like it the first time, however for regular travellers and for people who have stayed in excellent hotels around the world will understand what i mean. We had worst experience in the hotel and surprisingly none of the staff or management apologized for their restaurant staff behavior. A BIG NO FOR ANYONE WHO WISHES TO HAVE A DECENT STAY IN SHANTINIKETAN. There are better places. We will never stay in this hotel and would recommend our near and dear ones to completely avoid this hotel in shantiniketan.

Pleasant stay , good fresh food and polite service overall, their menu offers a variety of cusine must try , from soups to tandoor and chinese ***** with their morning buffet which is simple yet fulfilling. The hotel can include buffet for lunch as well as dinner for those who would like to have, Bengali thali could also be a part of the bangaliana section.
