Wat een fantastisch hotel! Royale kamers, heerlijke bedden, goede badkamer. Lekker de airco in de zomer om goed te slapen. Restaurant is top. Heerlijke gerechten! Ontbijt ook echt super. Hotel is ook super schoon, echt heel hoge standaard van hygiëne. Parkeren voor de deur. Met taxi ben je zo in de stad. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!

Hotels tend to be good when the staff are courteous and solicitous. This was the case with the staff of Gardn SPA Hote. Maria and I were pleased to find ourselves in a clean and comfortable room. We, regrettably, were unable to enjoy the well provided breakfast, which we sighted but did not partake at, as we had to fly early to Osh. The hotel, however, provided us with a Breakfast Box which, however, good was not as good as the breakfast provided to other customers who were not 'on the run' as we were.

Si trova decentrato rispetto al centro città. Camere spaziose e pulite. Minibar fornito. Colazione super . Servizio bar nella sala ristorante da migliorare a mio avviso. In due giorni di permanenza e vari incontri di lavoro svolti nel bar/ristorante ho notato la pigrizia de servizio dello staff nonostante i campanelli elettronici utili a chiamare i camerieri. Anche con pochissima gente non so o attivi. In un appuntamento durato un ora con due avvisi con il campanello devo tristemente evidenziare che il mio business partner de Kirgizistan si è alzato contrariato ed ha discusso con lo staff per la lentezza del servizio. Staff della reception molto simpatici e pronto ad aiutare. Il ragazzo che c’è di gio ti è stato super! Mi ha accompagnato al cambio che sta a duecento metri accanto ad un supermercato

За свои деньги просто шикарный отель!чистые уютные номера с прекрасным постельным бельём и удобной кроватью .Каждый день нам меняли зубные щётки и тапочки,убирали номер идеально .Завтрак просто бесподобен , креветки ,суши и мидии на завтраке не видела нигде ,выбор еды огромный .Единственный минус что не вся еда была горячая,исправьтесь пожалуйста. И при выезде с нас хотели взять деньги за вино,к которому мы не притронулись ,но вопрос был быстро решён .В данном случае этот отель идеальное соотношение цены и качества ,всем рекомендую

Нас пригласили на деловой вечерний фуршет. Я передвигаюсь на инвалидной коляске. Хотел подняться по пандусу, но он оказался слишком крутым и опасным по углу наклона. Не соблюдены стандарты. Хотя места для пандуса было много. Здание построено с грубым нарушением строительных норм. Не учли потребности людей с инвалидностью.

We, a group of 10 senior citizens (five couples), stayed at this hotel for three nights from 27 to 30 Oct 22. The hotel is homely, comfortable and well maintained. The staff is hospitable and responsive. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Im from Philippines, My tour in Kygyzstan is the best but theres one person ruined my momentum the Receptionist Raymat in the night shift. We left the room key card in the morning when we came back we found him and ask for our room key he said if we are sure if we are staying there not even asking for our name and check in the system. Everytime we come to ask him we felt that we are not welcomed by him. The worst is my check out. He asked me to pay the damage in the towel and try to delay my flight for 3500com i told him i dont have money and it was an accident he said that he will right a letter to my company, we argue a little because i asked him to show me where is a terms and condition that i have to pay for accidental damage. When im about to go out from the hotel he whispered a bad word and i return and asked him what did he said and he just said you dont want to pay right!? I asked him if he is threatening me and he said that if i dont pay he will pay the damage he even mention that im not his friend. Im a traveller this isnt my first time to stay in the hotel but this is the worst experience i had. I want to request to acknowledge this concern because honestly i felt that he is ******.
