可能是比什凱克最好的酒店了，房間很大，維護的不錯，很乾凈。酒店位於市中心的一條林蔭路邊，周圍吃飯也方便。酒店到機場打車大約60元人民幣，交通方便。出門走不太遠有很多餐廳，其中還有一家中餐館，吃飯沒問題，很方便。

剛到。機場的出租車接機出了問題,因爲不知不覺中,我的一個朋友從機場接我,而酒店安排了出租車。這顯然沒有得到接待人員的讚賞。儘管我後來支付了20美元,但並沒有表現出多少友好。...我正在等待接下來的2天會如何,並將進行後續審查

通常在所有旅途中停留,雖然我停留...事實上我住了7-14天,一切如往常一樣。比什凱克酒店的區別不是員工的注意力,酒店的街頭窗戶是坦率的髒。有一天有熱水問題。不過有 YouTube在電視上,還有好wifi。酒店頂部的餐廳不錯,但服務細微。全體員工都說俄語,還挺英語。客人,人人都很愉快。我從來沒有看到任何衝突情況。早餐當然沒有理解爲什麼粉要包汁...但總體來說一切都還不錯。無論如何搬到另一個酒店,沒有意願。

我在比什凱克的華美達酒店住得不太好,我迫不及待想離開!到達後,接待處的那個人非常粗魯,像一片泥土一樣看着我。我問是否有房間視野好(他們這樣做是因爲我看過照片),他笑了,撒謊說沒有!最初放在3樓,似乎真的很忙。我第一天晚上睡了3個小時,因爲其他客人決定在走廊裏“掛出去”。我實際上很害怕,因爲他們真的很大聲,有攻擊性,只是討厭。第二天我要求搬家,他們允許我搬家。我搬到了一層樓,不幸的是,我遇到了另一羣人一起旅行,他們也喜歡把房間的門打開,以便他們可以在房間之間走。嚴重從未體驗過這樣的酒店,我勉強再次睡覺,我4晚的睡眠乏力令人震驚。第一間電視不起作用,地板上到處都是頭髮,枕頭上也有。第二間電視工作,但所有頻道都是俄語,如果你想喝茶盤補充,你必須問!!早餐還可以,當他們可以打擾從他們的櫥櫃出來時,你可以得到煎蛋或雞蛋。大部分東西佈置好,可以自己幫忙,這很好。這個地方最好的是位置,能夠步行的地方。小心是金鬱金香酒店,直到華美達接管,似乎沒有做任何改進。房間配置很奇怪,有更多的隱藏角落,只是奇怪。機場接送是20美元,對於比什凱克來說似乎相當過度。出租車大約1000KGS。安全地說,我不會再住在這裏,可能也不會在另一個華美達。

房間比較乾淨，床品也比較乾淨，但是吉爾吉斯這邊有時不會每天都打掃房間，如果你需要每天都打掃的話需要和前台説。
酒店是華人老闆開的，前台有會中文的人員，酒店早餐在當地對中國人來講算友好的，總體入住比其他酒店舒服。尤其吃的，其他外國人開的酒店每天就靠雞蛋吃飽了，這邊還有小花捲，榨菜，粥，粗糧！還會繼續入住。

We had a spacious room with twin beds. Complimentary water. Toothbrush, soap, shower cap and shampoo are provided. Of course we were amused that this Korean owned hotel was stocked with gas masks. Comfortable bedding. Sadly on one of our few days there the hotel was without hot water, so no shower. The staff was happy to assist with our bags since there were no ramps to or from where the elevator was located. Depending on your cases, this is not good access. The breakfast buffet was not on par with others I had in Central Asia. Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel.

We stayed for just one night but had a truly wonderful experience. Check in was pleasant and efficient, facilitated by a young lady named Adnoz (apologies to her if I didn’t spell the name correctly). Thereafter we needed help when I couldn’t reopen the safe locker and also with the TV channels. On both occasions, action was immediate, without having to give reminders. The room was bright, colourful and spacious. But the highlight of our stay - besides the hospitality - was the dinner. We are vegetarians and every dish we ordered was worthy of a Michelin starred restaurant. The food was tasty and bursting with flavour. We are still savouring the Cauliflower steak - perfect in texture and flavour. This is the best food that we have had in our travels. The Menu features the Chef’s credo and philosophy in the first page. The food certainly lived up to it! Service at the restaurant was good and Manager Behruz was a bundle of energy! We wish we had stayed longer and would love to return!

訪訪客 They had pre arranged a taxi service from the airport, and he was waiting for me right at the doors as I finally completed my 28 hours in transit from Sydney. This man was my first experience of anyone really in Bishkek and he was so friendly and helpful. We chatted endlessly whilst he drove me to my destination and although I was tired I wished we could have spoken for another little while. Once inside the hotel, he helped me check in to the hotel as my knowledge of Russian is non existent and the young man behind the counter had limited English. I headed upstairs and had an amazing sleep after a hot shower. The beds are super comfortable and after getting myself sorted around 11am the staff at the front desk really did go above and beyond helping me get my sim card active (they even took me to the supermarket to add data to my sim) they then organised a taxi to take me to the bank and bring me back and all of this they offered me a lunch as I had missed out in breakfast. They also upgraded me from a double room to a room with a separate lounge and bedroom. The next day before checking out they again arranged a taxi for my destination and also gave me a take away lunch as I had missed breakfast that first morning. This was my first long haul flight after 2 years and the staff at hotel De'mar really helped me settle in and avoid jet lag. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you are ever thinking of visiting Bishkek.

訪訪客A nice hotel but certainly not a 4 star as it is mentioned on most of the booking websites. Room service, Food & Beverages not available 24/7. Self service to fill up drinking water in a jug kept in the room from a dispenser kept on each floor near the elevator. All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

訪訪客酒店整體共三張, 老實說, 我不確定我是否會推薦他去參觀.配上:1)早餐很好吃,洗,的,女廚師努力,她喜歡)這件,)安靜的房間,牀很好,睡在房間裏,沒有要求。)房間裏很舒服。維修不錯,住在房間裏很愉快。 好的設備:電視、空調和冰箱在房間裏工作很好。 整天的休息室。我們早晨定居,很高興不得不等。早住需要付半天的錢,早餐會上門。劣勢:1)位置。離市中心不遠(步行20分鐘),但住在市場附近也不是愉快的。而且周圍的家都被了。2)窗外景色。真可怕,房間的出門是的,有污的氣味。窗戶因爲氣味不能打開,不得不打開。窗戶也是黑暗不透明的,燈光透過它透不好,而且,房間裏,很難理解街上什麼時間,天氣。3)房間沒工作。每次都要請管理員開房。太不方便。住了三天,在這段時間裏,客房沒修好。4)到房間裏穿子,走廊上穿子,每次換衣服,不方便,走廊門口細的通通通道,不知道爲什麼,但房間門都裝在間房裏,不舒服,看起來也不舒服可靠。

When I reserved the room I booked a transfer with the hotel from the Manas airport, and sure enough the driver was ready and waiting for me when I landed. Check-in was efficient, and the room was very large and clean, and comfortably furnished. The room safe, which was too small to fit a laptop, did not work when I arrived but the front desk staff fixed it within 10 minutes. Whenever I had any other requests, the staff were very efficient. The air conditioning in the room was very effective, and he bed was comfortable. The WiFi signal never dropped out. There was a kettle and a fridge. There was a large balcony, with table and chairs, where one could sit and enjoy the balmy Bishkek evening air. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the city but only a few minutes walk from the central area (Oak Pk, Alatoo Sq etc.). It is 30 mins walk from the Vostochny Bus Station for Marshrutkas to Tokmok (80som), and hence the Burana Tower, and other points east. The hotel restaurant is surprisingly good. Breakfast was very tasty. Food is available all day via room service or a more extended menu is available to eat in the restaurant itself when it is open. About 5-10 mins walk along Zhibek Zholu Prospect there is a good supermarket for snacky stuff. I booked a driver with the hotel to take me to the airport at the end of my stay, and he was courteous and on-time. Overall, its quite hard to find fault with this place – although if I was being picky, the water in the shower could have been hotter. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Location of the hotel is great, close to everything. A small supermarket and pub across the road. From hotel door you turn left 20 min walk you get to Osh Bazaar, you turn right 20 min walk you get to Ala-Too Square. Breakfast is buffet and lots of variety of random options, everyday is different. Very cute courtyard garden at the back, I enjoyed coffee and my book. Staff are not the most friendliest, not the best friendliest I have experienced through my travel as I been to lots of other Asian countries, they are unfriendly and unwelcoming. Women worker was kind, it was more men workers. They try any way they can to sell you the room if you arrive couple of hours early, they want to charge you extra. It’s crazy bec if the room is empty ready sitting there why not give the key so people can go relax take shower after a long flight. Some sort of courtesy and kind hospitality would be helpful from staff. It be great if there was a trash bin in the rooms, there is only one in bathroom nothing in the room, also put extra toilet papers in bathroom so we don’t have to run out middle of night, kind of disturbing when you ran out of toilet paper and there is no extra one in bathroom. WiFi is ok, not the best, bec if you go different places in hotel you get kicked out and you have to find the location ex courtyard has one, breakfast room has one, different room has one depend on where is your room. So it’s annoying when you get kicked out but oh well nothing you can do. Overall hotel is average for short stay to start your travelling in Kyrgyzstan and continue.
