For me, the bed pillows are too too soft!
My room had a shower so I don’t know about the bathtubs, but the shower floor is dangerously slippery! I travel with a shower mat so I was safe. I highly recommend carrying a shower mat with you as the hotel does not supply one for sanitary reasons.

Great room, very up to date. Breakfast was great. The two breakfast attendants were constantly cleaning and restocking food items. Front desk people were great

This is really a lovely property. Friendly, helpful staff; exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms; and a short walk to the center of the historic district for dining and shopping. Highly recommend.

We stayed the weekend and it was perfect. Just off the interstate and very close to most dining in Black Mountain. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, decent hot breakfast, and an indoor swimming pool.

Fairly recently remodeled, the property was fresh and well laid out. We will definitely be looking for Hampton or other Hilton facilities in the future.

With what we paid for the hotel room, I expect the room to be cleaned everyday along with fresh towels. In room coffee is so weak it tastes like dirty water and the breakfast bar version wasn't much better. These are not the two areas to cut corners on in our minds!
