Hotel has big car park , free for guests , brewers fair next door which is great food wise and drinks . Tracy on reception was really helpful . Sorted my Wi-Fi issue , got a me a bin bag to cover my clothes hangers so they didn’t get wet. Very friendly and professional .

Staff went above to make us feel welcome expecially Linda and Peter from reception and Harley from the restaurant, they were all amazing with my autistic son (12yrs old) They had time to answer his questions, they had asked about his trips out to the zoo, Tower, peirs, etc, when he returned. They made my son feel so welcome and accepted, I can't thank them enough. Staff helped us with directions to nearest trams and buses, they informed us about great value tickets for transport. Basically you can pay £6 for 24hrs and get on all buses and trams ect. Bargin. This site is in walking distance to all Blackpool has to offer, but is nice and quiet to get a great night sleep from your fun filled day trips. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for value, location and Staff.

Needed to change the double room to a twin. Turned up around 1am and requested a change. After confirmation the original room had not been used, we were allowed to pay a little extra to move to a double room with an additional single bed. Breakfast in the morning was inexpensive with a great selection. Would have stayed longer if not for the 200% increase in price just for a weekend.

Room was cleaned by Emily and was spotless with a lovely fresh scent, no complaints what's so ever very good value for money. Location good just a short walk from everywhere and the front. Free parking is a bonus around this area

Lovely hotel. Checked in no problem. Room was lovely and very clean. Nice pleasant smell when you walk in. Had a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Very welcoming. Will definitely return again.

Comfortable beds, clean and near the beach, just a 5min walk to pleasure beach. Perfect location away from the main town end.

Receptionist Claire was superb. Best receptionist ever!! So friendly and accommodating and also up for a laugh, whilst being professional. Hotel in a great location. Room was very clean and tidy. It eas handy having a Brewers Fayre after a long journey.

Stayed here a few times most recently last week. For £35 a night you won't find any better value hotel. Great location, nice clean rooms which are also nice and quiet. Free parking on site was a big bonus too. Great stay as always, we will be back!
