I booked this online with ********** and noticed we were in the middle of an industrial/housing estate. Upon reaching the hotel I noticed a sliding security door to gain access to the car park and being met by a uniformed security guard. 🤔 Upon checking in at the hotel receptionist said I had not paid, after about half an hour on the phone and ********** confirming the booking I was asked to pay again with my card locally and be refunded later. No atmosphere in the hotel, very small bar and limited service. A very basic breakfast. We were going to go for a swim in the outside pool but seeing dozens of pigeons taking an early morning bath in the pool stopped us. Upon returning to the UK and getting my bank statements the hotel had indeed took two payments out for a one nights stay! I tried and tried to recover the extra nights payment and sent the hotel copies of my bank statements. The hotels reply “It is against the rules and regs to issue a refund” Avoid at all cost! I’ve travelled the world and rarely had an experience like this.

The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Pictures on the ******* web site are deceiving. Old with small rooms that lack even a bench to place your suitcase. It had space for a small suitcase only, the type that you take with you onboard on an airplane. Beakfast is just O.K. nothing special. Bathroom was old with cheap skinny towels. Not worth the $140 per night that we paid, maybe $70 would had been the correct price considering the facilities.

Our collegues use this hotel by travelling conncted with work. We order everytime special prices incl. SPA, because the collegues want to use them. They normally work till 18.00. hey could reach the Jakuzzi and SPA at 18.30 at earliest. Our collegue was there yesterday and unfortunatelly the jakuzzi and Saune were working only till 19.00. So he had paid about these services and could not use them. When I book a room I always say please also SPA and Jakuzzi in the price t be included. Noone says that the spa and jakkuzi close at 19.00. So the collegue could not use them normally, just stayed 15 min in the jakuzzi. Very poor brealfast. The prices are increasing continiously but the breakfast was not Swede buffet, it was small plate by order. By a poor breakfast should the price be lower.

A comfortable hotel for an overnight stay. Unfortunately did not have time to use the pool or spa facilities.
