Room was super clean and bed really comfy. A lot of places to eat near the hotel.

La estadía fue buena, la limpieza excelente, el trato muy amable. Lo único que en el área del desayuno ya que no permiten mascotas pues tengan un area en el lobby con mesas para uno desyunar tranquilo ya que me llevé el perrito porq no podía dejarlo solo en la habitación y me dijeron q no puede estar adentro pero si en el lobby pero por lo demas fue excelente. Gracias!

The Hyatt Manati was nice and the staff exceptional. Staff is extremely polite and ready to assist with any issues. We had 2 rooms that were nice sized for our family. Clean and our towels and room supplies kept stocked. Grounds were clean- pool clean and never over crowded.The area has plenty of bakery restuarants- the area is ok but at night- it was desolate- felt a bit unsafe-Breakfast was a nice perk but was too basic-I am not requesting anything gourmet or expensive-small details Instead of giving sliced bread-assorted rolls or the Puerto Rican Pan sobao- white sliced bread- really Hyatt - a Tiny bit of effort - either pancakes or french toast- doesn't have to be both- one more coffee beverage- everything else was great!! Would recommend for families or quick business trips. Definetely recommend and will stay again in Manati- Marie T

I love staying at this location because everything is nearby, fast food restaurants, ****** at the same parking lot location from the hotel. There’s also Long Horns Restaurant at the same location, Wendy’s, Church Chicken and there’s also this restaurant that makes the best sandwiches El Meson. I also would like to mention that there’s a beautiful hidden gem beach calls La Posa Del Obispó is like 8miles always. It’s absolutely stunning out of this world. I only wish the hotel offered beach chair rentals for the tourist. Other than that I always have a great experience.

its the only hotel of any stature in this part of Puerto Rico. the hotel is physically attractive and the staff is very attentive. however, the Wi-Fi is not adequate for business travelers that need to use VPN. and the rooms while spacious do not have one clothes or towel hook anywhere. that is very inconvenient.

The parking lot had some trash and the sack door leading to parking lot was open most of the time due to it did not close upon release usado to push it shut to secure. There was a fan hook up to dry the floor as it was there all during our stay at the main floor next to the elevators.

Llegue a las 3pm para hacer check in y la habitación no estaba disponible. Check in se completó luego de las 4pm. Se fue la luz y la bomba de agua del hotel se fue a falla y no había agua en la habitación por más de 3 horas.

Excelente!!! Todo muy limpio y lugar acogedor. Excelente atención de parte de los empleados.
