早餐在一樓，服務和環境都特別棒

Excelente hotel, bien ubicado, las habitaciones son amplias y bien comodas. El bar tiene varias opciones para comer ligero a las tardes. La terraza un lindo espacio para relajarse un momento. El desayuno es bien rico con variedad de opciones. La atencion y disposicion del personal excelente.

Hotel sicuramente di livello, locali moderni e personale gentile, unica pecca il servizio a colazione: tralasciando un doppio errore sul mio ordine (cose che possono succedere) direi che troppo personale e molta disattenzione, poca organizzazione. Ma sicurame tornerò

El colchón es viejo, el cuarto es pequeño, la TV no funcionaba y había mucho ruido de la calle. El hotel es 5 estrellas en costo, pero parece de 3.

Hôtel très bien situé, bon standing et personnel agréable. Par contre, service bar assez laborieux et petit déjeuner décevant pour un 5 étoiles, beaucoup de choses en supplément et pas varié. Petit bémol aussi le prix pour garder sa chambre plus longtemps étant donné que le vol était à 23h55. Ils vous font payer une nuit complète en plus.

Hotel looks good, good location but, the first room a/c did not work. Front desk lady says she can’t do nothing and after minutes and a very uncomfortable conversation, calling orbits, they gave me a different room It took like two hours Because she insist they were full capacity. My boyfriend got sick around 4am and they couldn’t help to find me a doctor until 8am after telling me at 4am the doctor will come in two hours, finally the doctor call and i didn’t feel her advice was the correct one, thanks god a doctor friend of mine told me what to do, it was a nightmare. I would never stay there again.

Disfrute mucho la estadía, aunque hubo problemas con el aire de mi habitación, pero colaboraron en todo momento.

Ubicación excelente

Excellent hotel located close to the zona T and two of the most popular mall, Andino and centro commercial el retiro. Room service food is delicious. All of the hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help. Safe area to walk during day/night. The Breakfast buffet is a bit limited. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others for top notch services.

Well kept hotel with excellent and friendly staff.Nice quiet area to stay. Safe neighborhood and 10 min walk to all the shopping, restaurants and bars.

BOG Hotel is awesome! Great service, clean rooms, and a safe area. I will definitely be back for the rooftop bar and pool area. The room was amazing, too! And breakfast in the restaurant. The massage in the spa was incredibly relaxing. Again, I’ll be back.

Fantastic experience at this Bogotá hotel. Our room was spacious, clean & well equipped. The shower & tub were one of the best quality & functionality I’ve experienced. The staff were very helpful. Our transportation from/ to the airport was well organised. We would love to visit again
