I tried to cancel my reservation 24 hours ahead of time due to emergency reasons and they told me no. Very disappointed. I will dispute the charge, which is sad because I've been there before and wanted to go after but with that attitude no way.

I was givien the card key to a room. Entering, it hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t mean that the cleaners missed something. I’m saying there were no sheets and there was McDonalds in the trash. Was given different room near parking lot light and heavy curtains do not close.
Went to bar. Out of Cabernet. Out of merlot. There was no red wine at all. I’ve never been to a bar that didn’t have red wine.
Get it together people.

The condition of the room was very old and cold, the heat barely works, the bed was lumpy, there was no shower curtain but the staff dropped it off for me to install but I didn’t put it up, there was a transient outside while I smoked who asked to get in the hotel not from the front but I didn’t let him in so I packed up n went to the LaQuinta which was less than a mile down the road and took a loss of not getting a refund.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain. We got a new room with a cricket chirping all night and they couldn’t move us till the morning. The last room was fine until a woodpecker started outside our window. The “free breakfast “ is no longer available and the hotel is in need of a lot of repairs and updates.

The hallways are dirty and dingy. They don’t make the beds , clean the room or take out the garabage on a multiple night stay. The Owner/ front desk is rude and condescending and dismissive of any concerns you have. There is nothing in the room that works from remote control to phone to get front desk. Not even Hot water. No Ice either in case you ever want some. Run. My first and last time. You couldn’t pay me to stay in that place again.

The bar is closed indefinitely, nothing about the place is appealing. Dirty lumpy rugs. Musty smell in the room. No cleaning service. I asked for coffee for machine, got only decaf. Ice cream vending machine had fruit flies, and the ice cream was garbage because it had defrosted and refroze so it was freezer burned.
