貝爾維尤萊恩酒店(Bellevue Rheinhotel)

We stayed here for Chris**as as part of a coach group. This family run hotel is very well situated right on the Rhine with superb views and direct access to the charming village of Boppard. The hotel was clean, the room comfortable & quiet and the food & service superb. The staff were courteous, helpful and polite at all times. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel, staying here was a joy.

De passage sur le Rhin et dans cette belle région, nous avons passé une nuit au Bellevue de Boppard, immense hôtel à l'ancienne avec un superbe lobby et bar, des communs assez classieux et du personnel comme on n'en fait plus. Intéressant de se retrouver dans ce type d'ambiance un peu hors du temps. Nous avons eu une immense chambre donnant sur le Rhin, au premier étage, avec une terrasse gigantesque sur laquelle, malheureusement, il n'y avait ni chaises ni table (ok, c'était la fin de l'hiver mais c'est dommage). La chambre était très propre et meublée à l'ancienne mais tellement grande qu'on se sentait un peu comme sur une île dans l'océan au milieu du lit. Literie bonne mais matelas un peu trop mous pour nous. Frigo avec boissons pas chères et bon wi-fi. On avait choisi cet endroit pour... sa piscine intérieure. Un peu fraîche mais pas froide, de grande taille (on peut vraiment y nager) avec des jeux de tourbillons si on veut. Egalement sauna et hammam. Très très bien. Peignoirs dans la chambre mais pas de chaussures (pourquoi ???). Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner qui était un peu cher (16 EUR) par rapport à notre appétit. Apparemment, le restaurant est aussi bien mais ne nous semblait pas très chaleureux hors saison. Sinon, déçu par Boppard qui n'a pas vraiment d'intérêt...

We have previously said things like.........."superb public areas, good food and lovely staff"..........but, oh dear, what a sad decline. We stayed at Chris**as and found the Belle Vue a shadow of its former self - maybe they were just overwhelmed because they could easily fill the rooms over Chris**as - but there was a definite feeling that the family management had become complacent.........and, in fact quite dismissive of Customers. On 3 of our 6 nights we were herded upstairs to a totally characterless conference room for our evening meal - certainly not what you expect when you book into a hotel of this quality...........especially since the service upstairs was dreadful. The staff were really quite miserable but with some of the "sharp" words they were receiving from the management its surprising that they stayed. The quality of the evening meals also, unfortunately fell well short of those we have previously enjoyed - in fact the only real "bright light" about the hotel over the 6 days was the lady who ran the restaurant at breakfast time.............always cheerful and with a lovely smile. Whilst we have previously said that we would return to the Belle Vue time and again, not any more. A real shame

Direkt am Rhein gelegen, bietet das Haus Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Die Räume sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. In den Fluren und im Treppenhaus wird ein historischer Stil geboten. Die Küche serviert sehr gutes Essen. Das Personal ist freundlich- aber nicht jeder ist qualifiziert. Der Tagungsbereich "reißt einen nicht gerage vom Hocker ".

Das Hotel liegt sehr nett am Rhein. Bei unserem letzten Besuch im Bellevue Rheinhotel waren wir in einem Appar**ent Gebäude untergebracht, ein modernerer Komplex etwas abseits vom Hauptgebäude. Was mich sehr an diesem Hotel stört ist der Service der Rezeption. Wir hatten einen weiteren Aufenthalt gebucht, mussten Diesen aber aufgrund von Krankheit verschieben. Das Hotel zeigte wenig Kullanz bei der Umbuchung bzw. keinerlei Entgegenkommen bei der Erstattung, so dass wir fast 200,00 Euro zahlen mussten. Es kam sogar zur Abmahnung.

Was part of an English coach load for Chris**as. Was given wrong room initially. Staff had very limited English even though the trip was a regular booking. Dinner food was very limited. No choice. Turkey serviced twice as was veal. Breakfast was good. Pool is very good. Overall felt like second class citizens compared to the German visitors. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, so apart from breakfast we were charged for tea and coffee all the time, even after dinner. Not a pleasant experience .On last night dinner was paused for over an hour, and we were all told to be quiet whilst the entertainment of a pianist and violinist played. Not a nice way to treat guests.

We travelled to this hotel for a 4 night stay. The hotel itself is very nice and so are most of the staff but i certainly would not class this a 4 star hotel, the food was abysmal, at breakfast time there was no bacon ready no cornflakes the eggs were like rubber and on one morning there was no milk for the cereals so they were using carnation milk yuck, when I mentioned this they were taking the milk jugs off the tables and pouring that into the urn, I even went to reception and complained but to no avail, at dinner there was only one starter option 2 main options are one desert option, again not good for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, the room was cleanish the bed was comfortable but we should not have to be asking the hotel for toilet paper roll in the room after returning from an excursion and would not stay there again.

Das Rheinhotel Bellevue ist ein herrlich direkt am Rhein gelegenes Hotel im Stil der Jugendstil - Epoche erbaut. Herrlich mit all dem Interieur aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig, evtl. das Licht am Bad-Spiegel könnte besser sein. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Wer Rheinromantik mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Ein ganz besonderes Hotel mit Flair und Eleganz. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit Bad, alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sauna und Schwimmbad sind auch sehr schön zum entspannen und im Restaurant kann man mit Gemütlichkeit etwas sehr gutes essen und auch trinken.
