🚗 交通：交通很方便，樓下就是red line subway，去downtown也很便利 🍃環境：附近有星巴克 dunkin dounut 可以買個早餐啥的。酒店很新，大堂房間的裝修風格都不錯！ 🧹衞生：住了三天，每天會清理，還是很滿意的！

酒店位置很好……房間非常乾淨、寬敞，但酒店工作人員非常友善和樂於助人……強烈推薦……

工作人員非常樂於助人——位置很好，靠近 T，但需要優步才能到達會議中心。房間很現代/更新，但感覺很廉價。不得不用我的手機來照明——廁所沖水按鈕非常脆弱，電視出了故障——浴室的設計幾乎沒有留下任何隱私。總的來說，這是一個極簡主義的住宿，價格昂貴，但不是很舒適。房間很乾淨，但被子有點重。

房間很小。沒有空間放置行李。施工的噪音把我們吵醒了。淋浴不會排水。試著打電話給前台3次，每次都掛斷。只有 1 位前台服務員，忙著為 3 位客人進行某種複雜的結帳工作，時間超過 30 分鐘。咖啡機的插頭從內置櫃子後面的某個地方被拔掉了。但飯店和********拒絕資助額外的兩晚。它沒有浴室門，而是一扇大的滑動玻璃門，所以如果晚上或我起床時使用浴室，燈會吵醒我的妻子。這是一家人手不足的飯店，房間很小，經營不善。我們再也不會去那裡了。

從我們登記入住的那一刻起，情況就非常糟糕。我們在那裡待了 4 天，一天都沒有客房清潔人員來，我們在辦理入住時被告知屋頂酒吧因天氣原因而關閉……但當時是 70 年代，整個週末都陽光明媚。我一點也不高興，再也不會住這家飯店了。

我們兩個人在這家酒店住了三天。我們很開心。我們沒有嘗試早餐。附近有一家星巴克和其他咖啡館，您可以在那裡享用甜味和鹹味早餐。房間乾淨，毛巾每天更換，地點優越，可直達地鐵。週邊除了上面提到的咖啡館之外，就沒什麼了。

預訂時我們被分配了一間“特大號床酒店房間”，但他們最終為我們安排了一間帶下拉床的會議室。當我們試圖與酒店工作人員交談時，他們很粗魯，並表示“好吧，你付的錢比這裡的大多數人都少，因為你是通過********預訂的”，並且沒有表現出同情心或住宿。

這次入住是我一生中經歷過的最糟糕的入住。沒有人歡迎，甚至沒有打招呼。在預訂時，前台的女孩令人不愉快、不專業且無能力。她一直說她只有一個房間，儘管我的確認顯示這是兩個房間。我們多次向她展示了 ******** 確認訊息，表明已確認兩間預付費房間。 她要求我們寫下確認號碼，但仍然只有一間房間。 畢竟是因為我們用我女兒的名字預訂了第二個房間。不過是一次預訂！ 她很粗魯，想要我們十幾歲女兒的身份證和信用卡。 停車費 55 美元，我希望你的車有一張好床可以睡。 我們嘗試在餐廳預訂，但被告知餐廳因私人活動而關閉。 我們後來回到酒吧喝了一杯，調酒師對顧客不感興趣。我們看到兩隻老鼠在餐廳窗邊的地板上行走。我很高興我們沒有在這裡吃飯！ 他們應該關閉整個事情。

Séjour d’affaires lors d’un événement qui attire des gens de tour le monde. Des prix exorbitants et qualité médiocre. Enregistrement : une fille paniquée parce que « qu’est qu’ils ont les a tous arriver au même temps! ». Après des longues heures de vol j’avais plus envie de me reposer que d’écouter ça vie. Nettoyage : Suis resté trois nuits. Seul deux jour j’ai eu ma chambre faite. Lorsque je demande si c’est normal on me dit que j’ai sûrement demandé de ne pas le faire :( Chambres minuscules. Pas de place dans le placard car occupé par le système d’air conditionné (½ du placard), le frigo, la cafetière et la cofre fort. Pas de place pour les valises Meubles vétustes. Pas de restaurant en propre. Sous-traitant a un tiers qui n’a à faire du personnel de l’hôtel. 15 min pour avoir une bière dans un moment quasi vide. Petit déjeuner immangeable. Un soir le restaurant a été privatisé, aucune communication nous informant de cela. Seul point positif : UN membre du personnel, qui sait ça que le service client a des centaines d’euros pour une chambre veut dire, qui a été d’un grande aide et gentillesse pour organiser mon départ.

Hotel was very clean, but I wouldn’t stay here again. It is important to note we came here for a mini vacation, not for business. When we first entered the hotel for check in, only 1 desk agent looked up or smiled or greeted us. She was being watched by a bald man with glasses who I later found out is not a manager. The entire stay he had a scowl on his face and seemed extremely hostile. As we left the hotel that night, he was yelling at the woman who checked us in, very visibly and in front of anyone in the lobby. It showed an obvious disregard for hospitality. That same employee checked in guests with a scowl all weekend and never acknowledged anyone-not a good impression. Valet was also lacking. We needed to run up to our room for 5 minutes and asked them to hold our car- we came down and the car was parked elsewhere. We were late to our destination because it took them time to go back and get the car- even though they had other cars left up front! One night we also waited over 25 minutes for someone to approach us to park the car- nobody ever did (there was another guest with a pregnant woman waiting as well) we ended up having to give our ticket number to the front desk and leave our keys, as we had a dinner to get ready for. We are unsure how long it took them to actually come back and park it. If you need to go anywhere, text them over 20 minutes before you need to leave otherwise it will take them forever to bring the car up or even acknowledge you

Valet was terrible. We waited 20 min to try and turn in our car and finally had to just check in and hand the front desk our keys. Front desk did not welcome us but just stared at us when we checked in. We had to ask to check in and there was no line. When we went to retrieve our car the next day they said they had no one to retrieve it and we had to go find someone bc we had a plane to catch. Then they said they had given us the wrong ticket for valet and it was charged incorrectly. A/c was set to 79 in the room and did not cool fast and it was 90 outside. Very uncomfortable for a while. Thin walls and we could hear the child next door very easily. We would not stay here again.

Staff rude and the manager is also rude . Paid for valet parking and they want you to call them 15 minutes before you need the car and so I did , why I waited 1 hour for my vehicle at night when I was going on a outing .I was late for my reservation so I was pissed and said they won’t see me back here again . I paid 55 $ and they didn’t say I’m sorry just pay half or any accommodations

Hotel front desk was very friendly and professional. Rooms were nice and updated, but very noisy. You could hear everything front the adjacent rooms and outside. Constantly woken up by music, car horns etc. The restaurant was dreadful, staff was very unprofessional; arguing with each other, drama etc. good was mediocre at best and they were out of a lot of common things. Fights at the super loud rooftop bar where cops were called and people arrested. I probably wouldn’t ever return.

Non smoking property, room smelled. Sprayed fabreeze on the rug. Next day opened the window to get air & found a smoked cigar in the sill. Front desk was not concerned at all.
