旅屋酒店-布拉克內爾市中心(Travelodge Bracknell Central)

Staff were brilliant and helpful in organising a surprise for my partner who is staying there as a business trip during Valentines. They decorated the room with balloons, chocolates and flowers for him! They got it all organised and in place while he was working so was a total surprise for him when he came back! Lovely service and highly recommend!

As a regular stayer at the Travelodge,once again another relaxing stay,I would like to thank Pepz and Mitco who go out of there way to accommodate my requests they are a great asset to the hotel chain and always good to see their happy smiling faces

Arrived had to wait a good 10 minutes before anyone turned up at reception. The main thing was the noise from outside reception, it woke me up at 3am and then it just carried on until 6.30am. Not sure whether this was staff or guests but if it was guests why weren't they asked to keep the noise down as it was loud. This is not the first time this has happened, it was the same last time I stayed here, so never again rubbish nights sleep. On leaving didn't even get any wording from the 2 people on reception, like 'how was your stay?' as I would have told them. But they were to interested in chatting so I dropped my card off and left. As i said rubbish nights sleep and I paid for it the next day, considering travelodge rate there places on a good nights sleep this was not the case by far.

Priya is the best - excellent customer service. We spent a night at the Travelodge in Bracknell and we experienced very good customer service by Priya. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a stay within the area of Bracknell. Regards.

Priya and Roshan were very lovely and have the best customer service 😀 spent one night in Bracknell and for a reasonable price the room was decent and had what we needed for the short trip. Easy to locate and close to town center where there are plenty of shops

Was served by roshan and priya. They were excellent from start and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again in the future and would like to thank the staff for such a pleasant experience

Our plug was broke, fixed within minutes. My main reason for typing here, I want to reunite a soft toy dinosaur that was left in our room? Our son, sleeps with it and was devastated when he realised he didn’t have it. Please help?

Don't be put off by its lack of kerb appeal, once you've accessed the hotel it is clean, quiet, with comfortable beds and the facilities offer good value for the budget traveller, easy to get to from Bracknell Town centre.
