It was ok

Pool was closed breakfast was horrible and over early. Worst

The room was nicely appointed and those things that one expects to need regular cleaning were okay. But the wall by the bed looked like some hand been wiping boogers on it or throwing mac-n-cheese on it. There was no hot breakfast and pastries were moldy. The restroom off the side of the lobby was dirty -- the log showed it hadn't been cleaned in 3 months.

We live in Branson and had an emergency where our camper lost heat and electricity. Needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while it was cold and we could get a repair guy out. Booked this hotel on the app and received a call within 15 minutes that the hotel was cancelling our booking because they don't book to locals. So frustrating!! They didn't care we were in an emergency situation and trying to find something reasonable to get some warmth for the night. Definitely will not be recommending then to friends and family that come to visit!

Property has seen its better days. The tub and sink was cracked in our room along with cobwebs all over the bathroom. The bed was basically a pull out couch frame.

Pro's- good location on the *****. beds comfortable. room/linen clean. In door swimming pool. Coffee in room. Cleaning staff nice and confrontable. Front desk girl very nice. Con's- room 223 Only 1 coffee cup. No cups to brush teeth. Had to ask for linen for second day and still no wash cloths. Luckily had one from home with me. Toilet loose. Carpet squishy wet in front of heater/air unit. Parking lot wierd & very dark on west end that has wheelchair parking.

Accused of smoking in room and getting charged 250$. We do not smoke. Hot tub was ok, zero towels. Bugs (flies, lady bugs) in window. We are on 5th floor. Crack in wall.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. The coffee was pretty good for hotel coffee! Good location. We didn’t get stuck in traffic on a busy holiday weekend.

We were very pleased with our three night stay. Pleasant checking and checkout. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable but pillows were a little flat. Breakfast was bare minimum but no problem. Price was very reasonable. My two issues were that tv channels were even more limited than schedule showed. So many stations kept showing"Direct TV". Naturally we did not come to Branson to set in room and watch TV but after a long day, we do enjoy relaxing and watching some channels. Second, the parking and especially the walking from parking lot to entrance was murder for older people. Why are there not an hand rails on the uphill/downhill sidewalk. The conditions were wet and slippery and to much of a problem that handicap rails could have fixed. Overall, I give this hotel an 8 out of 10.
