We had a really nice stay at this B&B. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. The tub and shower were great. The place was very clean. The grounds of the property were beautiful; lots of flowers in June... and wild pheasants wandering around. The hostess was engaging and easy to talk to, very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and where to eat. Fantastic breakfast, as well. We wished we had been able to stay another night, and we'll choose this place again if we return to the area in the future.

LOvely quiet place to stay. Our double ensuite room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very clean with step in Shower and non slip shower mat, shower stool and little toiletries. The gardens were pretty and ample parking. The breakfast was served in the conservatory with choice of cereals, fruit yoghurts etc. Then a very nice english cooked breakfast, not greasy! Served with toast and tea or coffee. Jams and marmaldes etc. Overal a delightful place to stay with very nice hosts. Would highly recommend snd we will be back ! Thank you Maxine snd Robert.

What an absolute little gem. We were so lucky to find this amazing B&B. Robert made us very welcome despite our late arrival. The room was immaculate, breakfast was perfect, all staff really friendly. The setting is quiet and peaceful just what we needed. Lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat. We will certainly return.

Needed somewhere to stay and decided against a town, and this was an excellent choice. The ensuite room was decorated to a high standard and the furnishings and bathroom fittings were of the highest quality. The room was warm and we were well provided with tea and coffee, washing up liquid and tea towel and toiletries. Plenty of drawer and hanging space and exceptionally good broadband. Breakfast was served next door in a conservatory overlooking the garden and the meadows beyond, with a reasonable selection of fruit, yoghurt and cereals and then the option of breakfast cooked to order. The standard of the cooked food was exceptional. Maxine was an excellent hostess and chatted to us whilst Robert cooked the breakfast. The location is well placed to visit many eateries in Porthleven, Helston and beyond. Maxine even told us to pick some of the daffodils on site, on our day of leaving as we were visiting the crematorium in Truro. We would recommend this B &B to anyone and will certainly visit again when in the area.
