位置真的很堅固,街對面有一些體面的餐飲。房間很乾淨,牀很舒服。工作人員很友好和專業,但我從他們那裏得到了一種奇怪的氛圍。不確定那是什麼。Thiis連鎖酒店在肥皂,洗髮水,衛生紙和其他房間設施等方面絕對削減成本。這一切都感覺超級便宜。早餐可以接受。選擇不多。華夫餅不錯,雞蛋過得去,香腸是標準的。連續兩天都不想吃,但按它是什麼樣子就擊中了點。以後不會避免,但肯定不值得紀念。

酒店的西餐廳味道太好吃了；大堂富麗堂皇非常豪華，但是房間稍微不那麼如意。如果房間牀單被罩都能跟得上高標準就完美至極。

I stayed here for two nights during the World Cup weekend and paid about $366. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price. When we arrived, the room key cards weren’t working, so hotel staff had to escort us upstairs and manually let us into our room after we had already carried all of our luggage. That was a frustrating way to start our stay. The elevators were also malfunctioning. Each time we needed to use one, we had to call the front desk so an employee could operate it remotely. Having both the key card system and the elevators not functioning properly is a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel charging premium rates during a busy event. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled. I asked whether the hotel would consider some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Instead of showing any empathy or offering a solution, I was essentially told that if I wanted my money back, I could leave. As someone who had driven 16 hours from out of town, that wasn’t a realistic option. I later contacted Trip.com to express my concerns, and the overall experience left me feeling that customer service was lacking when guests raised legitimate issues. The room itself was acceptable, but the combination of the broken key card system, unreliable elevators, and dismissive customer service made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is going through some renovation but could hardly tell, except with parking .  Wonderful friendly staff and nice hotel.

由於淋浴時忘記了髒幹抹布,清潔度得分低!去伸手拿手持淋浴頭,一塊抹布卡在上面!浴簾很髒。頭板上到處都是油膩的手印。入住本身很舒服。早餐區塞進一個小房間。客人擠進一個小空間爲自己服務。而且華夫餅製作人應該在單獨的區域。人們只是站在那裏等待使用它,佔用空間,這可能對其他客人更有益,以獲得食物。如果整體體驗,還不錯,但不是很好。我可能會花更多的錢在馬路對面更好地住宿。我經常在這個地區。

Motel lobby and breakfast area both closed in February 2023 door signed “closed due to Covid”. Appears real reason is just to save upkeep cost. Cold breakfast consists of 2 bars a package of low cost muffins and a tangerine. Room had missing facial tissues, missing wash cloth, stained carpet, damaged window covering. Dogs allowed and I got to listen to a barking dog all evening. Needless to say I’m going to choose other lodging in this area in the future.
