布羅肯希爾內陸觀景假日公園(Broken Hill Outback View Holiday Park)

Peaceful van Park on the eastern end of town with ok facilities. Stayed in a basic cabin which was equipped with master bed, electric stove top, air con and ensuite bathroom. Car space next to doorway. Late arrivals can collect key in envelope left next to reception. Quite good overall, but stovetop takes a while to heat if boiling or frying. $90 tariff makes the Outback caravan park a value option in Broken Hill

Im Osten der Stadt Broken Hill fanden wir diesen Campingplatz, der vor einiger Zeit neue Besitzer bekommen hatte. Diese planten eine Umgestaltung einiger Bereiche, was zu teilweise seltsamen Numerierungen führte. Offensichtlich werden die Parzellen größer; bei uns waren die Nummern 97 und 98 zusammengelegt. Der am Rande des Outbacks gelegene Platz war ausgesprochen ruhig; die sanitären Anlagen sauber und das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Wir konnten einen schönen Abend in der frischen Luft geniessen und einen traumhaften Sonnenaufgang erleben.

Excellent Park, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean amenities block. Fantastic camp kitchen catering for everyone’s needs. Within a short driving distance to the town centre and all the tourist attractions Would definitely recommend

Excellent caravan park with huge sites available - accommodated us very well - motor home towing car & trailer. Shower block & toilets very clean, camp kitchen very well equipt, although we didn’t have kids with us there was a kids playground & swimming pool area to enjoy also. Staff were lovely & very knowledgeable of the area. We booked for 3 night & ended up staying for 6. There was so much to do & see.

Great place to stay , visited here about 5 years ago with our camper and 2 dogs, was great , came back this time on our own , so friendly and nice amenities, recommend to every one as a stepping point to head further out in this great outback , great tourust and art places here

Really enjoyed our two night stay here on Friday and Saturday night. Hadn’t initially planned to get to Broken Hill on Friday so arrived late in the afternoon after phoning ahead to confirm if there were powered sites available. Upon arrival, Jade on reception was very welcoming and helpful when I asked if there were any drive through sites. She very kindly directed us to two back to back sites for us to decide which one we wanted to drive through on to. This is a large caravan park with very generous sites. Beautiful sunrises. Amenities: older but adequate and very clean. Camp kitchen: older but large very clean indoor facility with all necessary appliances and a TV. Laundry facilities available as well as a pool. The location is perfect for seeing the sights of Broken Hill as well as for getting straight on to the highway if heading east towards Cobar.

Great place, people and service. Get there you will totally enjoy it. The staff were very professional and go out of their way to assist you. Loved the ensuite site the amenities were excellent.

Stayed on a powered ensuite site, bathroom was clean and is close by to everything in Broken Hill. Perfect spot on our travels through the area. Didn’t get to use the pool but looked nice and clean. We’ll be sure to use it next time we stay here. 9/10

The staff at Outback View were so welcoming and were accommodating with my late check in. The cabin was clean and tidy, and very spacious with everything required to have a comfortable stay. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family
