南冠莊園酒店，貝斯特韋斯特品質精選(Southcrest Manor Hotel, BW Signature Collection)

It's a shame, I have stayed in the hotel for 6 times through 2023. But each time I stayed, i questioned the service and cleaned rooms over the stays. It's at the top end for price, for no service for food at the advertised restaurant in the hotel, no buffet breakfast, as you have to order from the menu, for additional cost, and to top it they tried to ask me extra money for the parking! In their secluded car park, which is on the premises, I argued my case and was waiver to pay. I am a paying guest in an empty hotel. They must be losing customers. It's supposed to be a wedding venue, god knows how. I will be now booking elsewhere after this stay.

Like staying at South Crest, I always stay 2 nights while I'm on my business trip, lovely staff and welcoming, clean and good food.

We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was new and she was the only one who was smiling during our stay. Our first night was great and quiet, but the second night our neighbours were really noise late night in the evening and early morning. We had tea from the bar on one of the days, but unfortunately the cups had chips on them and very extremely dusty. Apart from that everything else was average.

Chef not willing to give Sunday lunch option a few minutes after 5pm, not a good start, bland main menu food. Very cozy bed, hotel is a bit tired.

Wouldn't stay again. Terrible breakfast and uncomfortable bed. Also people having it away, not in another room, but in a disabled toilet of all things next door to our room. Lady on reception on check in was lovely though, sorry to have not got her name. Was the nicest thing about our stay.

Awful night’s sleep. Mattress was old and I could feel the springs across the whole bed. Staff seemed unbothered when I told them. No apology and no offer of refund. Ruined my day away as I was so tired.

It is a beautiful property set back in a wooded area with beautiful grounds. While a majority of the wait staff provided excellent friendly service, the Reception desk could use a few more smiles.

The food was superb, best pan fried sole i have ever tased, compliments to the cooks, lovely place ro stay nice grounds and nice a quiet for a relaxed couple break
