Beautiful and relaxing. Bedding lovely nice touches in room like chocolates water and biscuits. Plenty toiletries too. Breakfast amazing again with little extras. Steve and Lesley were so friendly and helpful. Buses are good but if we were to stay longer maybe better with a car. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I loved my stay here! Everything about The Bridges is delightful, homely, welcoming, and extremely comfortable. Lovely hosts. Would revisit without hesitation. Lesley and Steve were genuinely wonderful people and took so much trouble and time in looking after me. A real home from home. Breakfast was delicious. A really comfortable room which was sparkling clean with a lovely bathroom. This is a beautiful county and The Bridges is a great base from which to explore. Highly recommended!!

Stayed here for a couple of nights while viewing houses in the area. Lesley and Steve are the loveliest hosts - so friendly and helpful and full of ideas and local knowledge. Our en suite room had every comfort you could want. Large comfortable bed and quality bedding. Lovely well appointed bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was fabulous. Enough on offer to set you up until late in the day. Fresh fruit and juices, any combination of cooked breakfast goodies you could want, fresh toast and preserves - all served at the lovely big breakfast table in their comfortable home. The Bridges is in a great location for touring Northumberland. Easy access to the A1 and 5 minutes drive to a fabulous beach and country park at Druridge Bay. Lots to do in the area - and then a warm welcome on your return after a busy day. Overall - first class and a great introduction to the area from two interesting and well travelled, friendly and engaging hosts. Many thanks to you both 😊👍

Spent Three nights at this superb B&B. The hosts Steve and Lesley were lovely, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the room was spotless and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was very good too, set us up for the day. All in all a lovely relaxing few days away.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything in it that you would need and the en-suite bathroom was lovely. The breakfast options were fantastic and the breakfast delicious. Cannot fault our stay here, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Owners were lovely people who were genuinely friendly and happy to help in any way they could. I am a Coeliac and the choices for breakfast were brilliant and they were fully aware of cross contamination. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

What a great experience our stay with hosts Lesley and Steve at The Bridges B&B was. 5 stars all the way! From our check in to leaving they were wonderful hosts. Our en-suite room was beautifully decorated, equipped and furnished with all you could want within, the bed and pillows were super comfy and the bedding was crisp clean and smelt wonderful. Towels in the bathroom were soft and fluffy, hot water was in abundance. Breakfast was a feast with everything you could possibly want, cooked option was was well presented and plentiful, we definitely did not leave the table feeling hungry. All in all we cannot recommend Lesley, Steve and their B&B highly enough and we look forward to a return visit.

This was the most amazing bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. Lesley and Steve are so welcoming. Their home is beautiful our double room with en-suite was beautiful. The breakfast was superb. We will definitely be returning. Sandra snd Rob Casey

Excellent B&B! Hosts were very welcoming, provided secure storage for our bikes and gave us information on bus times and nearby restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and very well stocked with a selection of toiletries, various teas and bottles of water. Superb breakfast. Highly recommended.
