此飯店適合出差或尋求經濟實惠且便利住宿的客人。地點優越，公共交通便利，附近設施齊全。房間乾淨、實用，提供舒適住宿的必需品。然而，整體氛圍和設施都很基本，缺乏任何突出的特色。工作人員很有禮貌，樂於助人。如果您正在布魯塞爾尋找簡單便捷的住宿選擇，溫莎酒店就是您的最佳選擇。

Very a fantastic hotel in the centre of Brussels. It is near to many attractions and also near to the metro. Just take a day pass and roam around the city with peace of mind. Very good breakfast, though not a wide variety, but it's good enough. There were few disappointments. Firstly, The rooms were small but I think it is because of the small properties in any central part of any European city with a rich history. Secondly, at the reception, they told us the breakfast is from 6:30 to 11 AM but never mentioned it is only on weekends. On a fine Monday, we got up at 10 and went to breakfast at 10:30 AM but nothing was available. I was really horrified and I wanted not to come back. But as I raised concerns, one lady officer at the reception - INES handled it very well and pulled the strings. Mr. Abel, the chef come to us, talked to us, and having understood the concern, he baked us fresh croissants and pastries! Man, he is an amazing chef. Sir Abel got them fresh and was mind-blogging. This wiped out all my frustration and made me think I should come back again!

This is a difficult place to rate. The Hotel is new bright clean airy etc. The room I booked a small double was spotless comfortable good a/c lovely bathroom power sockets beside bed. Check in is automated and very easy luggage storage is available foc Location is a little bit outside city centre but great transport links And yet I only rate it 2 stars and the reason is NOISE NOISE NOISE there is no soundproofing from the outside racket and the entire night was spent listening to a soundtrack being performed by trams cars motorbikes refuse collection trucks horrendous and no excuse for it There was also a power blackout in the morning and no way to contact staff to find out what was happening could not leave the room to check as door keys are electronic. Water in shower took a long time to heat up no tv or phone in the rooms if the sound proof issue was sorted this would easily of been a 4 star review

Hotel was fine for 1 or 2 nights, it is not somewhere I would want to stay any longer. It has definitely seen better days and needs a lot of TLC. It is very different to the photos on the site. The rooms are very basic and outdated. On the surface the room seemed clean, but there were a lot of stains in the carpet, marks on the wall and chips in the bathroom. We were lucky that the friendly gentleman on reception kindly gave us a room on the back, as we could still hear the noise from the street out front, so can’t imagine the noise from a front facing room at night! The breakfast was extremely basic, there is nothing hot on offer but for the budget price you can’t complain. There was toast, cereal and basic pastries, and the option to boil your own egg. We didn’t bother with the breakfast after the first morning and opted to eat out. Location was great, only a few minutes walk from popular streets, and if you are happy to walk like we were, you can take a longer walk to more central sights. Avenue Louise itself offers lots of places to eat and shop. The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming, always greeting us as we came and went. Overall, I don’t think we will be back to this hotel but for the price we paid for our stay, we couldn’t have expected much more.

First time I've stayed in a Penta Hotel. Excellent & helpful communication with hotel prior to my stay. Like others I found checking in at the bar very strange and I found the guy at the bar doing this very curt (it was around 11 at night so maybe he had a hard day!). Decor on ground floor very modern, moody and dark - great they had a complimentary water cooler available. Rooms are very small but for one night it was fine - again modern decor and clean. My room could have done with a bit of maintenance however - curtain loose and paint(?) stain on carpet. The strangest thing about the room was how close the hairdryer was to the sink - couldn't really help splashing it when getting washed! Surely this can't be compliant with current safety regulations (see pic). All in all had a great sleep and would use Pentahotels again based on this short 1-night stay.
