We stayed here with a group of people, we were all part of an organised tour. The room was clean & the breakfast good. However the hotel appeared to need finishing, a large open hole in the ceiling of the bedroom & also the electricity suddenly disappeared (although it did return fairly promptly for us.) However on the evening of our second stay they were obviously hosting a private event in the only bar area on the twelfth floor. We were refused entry & when we returned to reception on the ground floor, Improvement we were told to go out or request room service. At almost the same time a group of Romanian guests were offered drinks, naturally we objected to this & as a good will gesture they reluctantly offered us drinks. We were then asked to pay for them to which we all refused & after several phone calls they finally accepted this. My husband & I had a pre booked transfer to travel to the airport the following day. When my husband approached reception he was told he would have to pay them 370 leu & there was no such thing booked!! Our driver arrived on time & assured us it was booked & pre-paid & duly drove us to the airport. This is not an acceptable service for a 4star hotel, possibly there may be a language barrier/ misunderstanding or it could be lack of training & knowledge or even dishonesty. 我喜歡這家酒店連鎖酒店和布加勒斯特老城區酒店,它位於一棟非常迷人的建築中,提供現場服務。從我們進入可愛的酒店到離開服務的時候,服務非常愉快和偉大。房間真的很好,有一個明亮寬敞的浴室,配備了一些智能的東西。早餐在一個非常愉快的空間,有很多好食物可供選擇。位置絕對一流。難怪酒店有這樣的需求。

I booked the capsa hotel that read in the advertisement that there was air conditioning. How do I give 0 stars? I booked a room at the Capsa Hotel for one night before a flight the following day, as I found a cheap fare. Big mistake! This hotel is crumbling at every corner. The hotel looks very regal and a nice old style. But that’s because it is… I used the elevator and it literally stopped between 0 and the 1st floor and the doors opened. The receptionist pressed 2 again and it stopped again 5 seconds later. It was very worrying that it continued to stop, luckily it went back down to the first floor. I tried using the shower and it had great pressure but the water continues to get backed up and my feet were in 3 inches of water within 30 seconds. I washed my feet separately and tried to use some lotion but I realized that they just left used small bottles. The straw that broke the camel’s hump was the ineffective air conditioning. I tried to complain about it but the receptionist was completely useless. He was so ineffectual and constantly lied about the “procedures” of the hotel. I simply asked for a refund so that I may sleep somewhere with working ac. He continued to give me the run around about hotel and website “policy”. I booked the room on ******* and was told by the receptionist that they need to issue the refund. And after confirming with *******, it was at the discretion of the hotel. Which obviously wasted an hour or so. He then called his manager and they said that I should’ve brought the issue up earlier in the day. But why would I spend time in the hotel, when I’m here to explore Bucharest. I brought the issue up around 7pm. The receptionist continued to lie and misrepresent the truth constantly during our 2 hour argument. He then tried to tell me the hotel room was non refundable but that means I can’t cancel before I check in, not if the hotel misrepresents itself in marketing campaigns. He then tried to sell me an upgrade to a double room that I would have to pay the difference. Which is obviously ridiculous. All I was asking for was a refund so that I could sleep in comfort. The receptionist was being very demeaning and patronizing. I did have pity on him at first considering he was so ugly his hair was running from his face. One of 6 hairs on his above his forehead and the rest of it was completely bald.

Отель нам очень понравился , персонал вежливый, убирают 2 раза в номере , чистота безупречная , есть граберобная для одежды очень удобно , особенно для лыжников , но негде сушить одежду нет батарей в номере и очень узкие кровати , одноместные , неудобно что нужно резервировать SPA каждый день в отеле и столик для ужина , еде очень вкусная , как и полагается высокой Кухне очень маленькие порции и соответствующая цена , в 2 раза дороже чем рядом расподоженном ресторане неподалеку . Трансфер до подъемника на Мерседесе , очень хороший по первому требованию ! Персонал супер ! Спасибо за отдых!

優越的地理位置，在布加勒斯特老城區的中心。房間很大，可以放行李。早餐很好，員工服務一流，不僅友善，而且由於車道有限，還可以幫助我們與當地的Uber司機聯繫以接送您。後門通往通往老城區的入口，而主門則通往地鐵並通過主要道路運輸。如果您希望留在老城區，強烈推薦您到各式各樣的餐廳，酒吧和商店逛逛，以獲取便利。

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

當我到達特蘭齊特酒店時,辦公桌絕對沒有人。允許的,大約晚上11點左右,但網站沒有列出規定的入住時間(只是從下午2點開始)。我等了大約45分鐘才有人來,而那個到達的人不是很友好或溝通。來回地告訴我他們沒有我的預訂記錄不過我前一天接到他們的電話(沒有留言),所以他們肯定有我的信息。晚上接待員給我看了其他人的個人信息,問我是否和那些客人呆在一起,這似乎是對隱私的侵犯。他問我是否付過錢,我說沒有,但他給我鑰匙讓我進去房間沒有付。很奇怪的入住體驗。總體來說房間還不錯。不幸的是,我直接在接待處旁邊的房間,你可以聽到所有的聲音,所以我每天都被電話鈴聲或人們聊天喚醒。白天接待員非常友好,雖然不會說英語,但我保證支付我早上的住宿費用。我的房間有一張大牀,一個衣櫥,一個浴室,一個通向室外座位區的窗戶,還有一台電視雖然我從來沒有試過電視,因爲你可以從大廳聽到所有的聲音,反之亦然。第一天沒有熱水,但第二天很好。浴室內包含肥皂和沐浴露。房間裏沒有冰箱或水壺,但有廚房。不含早餐,但如果您要求接待處準備,則每天可提供一杯咖啡。Wi-fi對羅馬尼亞來說是不尋常的斑點,每分鐘左右都會連接和斷開。這個地方的偉大之處不僅是價格,而且是位置。您距離北加拉僅8分鐘路程,路上也有自助洗衣店。附近有很多大型圖像雜貨店,甚至還有一個不錯的公園。地鐵等都很方便。步行到老城和雅典娜地區非常容易。總的來說,我並不討厭我在這裏住宿。這有點尷尬和奇怪,但白天的接待員非常甜蜜,假裝對我幾乎不存在的羅馬尼亞人印象深刻,哈哈哈。如果我乘火車旅行,我會再在這裏呆一兩個晚上。

The hotel is situated a few metres from the Gara de Nord railways station and underground station, so it is very easy to reach. The check-in procedure was fast, room clean with a large bed, toilet, shower, TV set, hairdryer etc. The door is card-operated, mine unfortunately didn´t work properly, so I had to go to the reception desk twice but the girl was really helpful. Breakfast is served in the adjacent building from 7 .00 to 10.30, quite a good range of things to choose from. Wi-fi connection strong and stable. Next time in Bucharest I will definitely try to get a room here again.
