Front desk check in last night was nice and pleasant. Offered suggestions of where to dine late night. Please know the upper floors are reserved for airline flights crews. Do not stay on the 2nd floor. I’ve been staying in hotels for 2 months straight for business and I can’t in good conscience recommend this property ever. You have one opportunity to make a first impression and this hotel failed miserably. The breakfast experience was absolutely abysmal. The breakfast room attendant should find another line of work because she was incredibly rude and had a sour disposition. She barked at me for no reason because she was frustrated that all the food was gone at 9:00AM and breakfast was open until 10:00AM. Unacceptable behavior on her part and the first time get these 2 months that I was confronted with this kind of attitude. What was remaining at 9:00AM was inedible. I mentioned her behavior to the front desk staff this AM and received a tepid response. I would never stay at this property ever again and highly recommend that you do the same.

Does not have a parking lot on site for car that parking lot there is for check in n check out only u need to park 2 blocks away from the property. No complimentary water in the room as check in staff said they r selling it but she offered and gave complimentary cold water to the young couple when I was there to ask for the restaurants in the area. The room we got has a unpleasant smell when u enter but beddings are clean n fair white linens were used that made me feel better.

It was 73° when I walked into the room and the refrigerator did not work at all. I was able to turn it down a little bit when we came back that evening is still only 71° in there. The pillows ******. They were very very flat. Customer service was great and I like that there was a restaurant right there in the hotel but the breakfast in the morning was very limited and they ran out of everything very quickly and didn’t refill anything.

The staff were wonderful, breakfast was good. The down side was the smoke alarm beeping when we arrived and despite someone coming in to change the battery, it started beeping again at 5am. Unfortunately it's wired in to the wall so we couldn't take it out. Not a great sleep despite the bed being super comfortable. Also, the bathroom sink didn't drain. We kept having to stick out hand in to let the water drain. The room has a mini fridge and microwave which is handy and a separate seating area with a couch. The room is fine, just zero sleep. I'll sleep when im dead lol

Room was clean and hotel was right where the metro rail was to jump on to go where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good and had many options. Dining table were clean. Unfortunately there was a very long wait at the restaurant TGIF's due to low staffing.

Things could be better! Understood that blizzard just hit, I’m a Buffalonian, so I understand patience with storm disruptions. Greeted at desk by an angry front desk guy named Jack (everyone else out 2 day stay was great). Room not ideal, blood looking stain by door and a lil worn out. Off site parking 2 blocks away recommended. No water bottles in room, no free water- small thing but cmon …

The room was luxurious, spacious and clean. The hot breakfast was basic but tasty. I was assigned a second floor room facing the street. I could hear people talking, and streetcars ran until after midnight and before 7AM so I didn't have a great sleep. The hotel did not appear to be anywhere near full so I'm surprised the front desk staff did this.
