總統民宿(President's House)

Very difficult to park the car. They did not turn on heating in our room before we check-in. When we checked out, the women first refuse to open the parking lot gate for us, then when we load our car, the gate close and cant be opened from the parking lot. The women can see the gate from where she sat but she did not bother to open the gate for us. We had to call her to open the gate. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Buena ubicación y buen servicio. Parking caro para dejarlo en un solar al aire libre, no lo utilizamos. Faltabas alguna mesita para poder trabajar con el portátil. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

La casa es encantadora con múltiples detalles que hacen de ella un lugar muy especial. Cabe destacar el recibimiento y explicaciones que nos dio Genma , una de las recepcionistas. Nos dio además una habitación superior ya que había disponibilidad entre semana para las dos noches que reservamos. El servicio de desayuno es bueno, los productos son de calidad aunque podría añadirse algo más de cantidad y variedad. Las instalaciones en general están bien cuidadas pero nos pareció que la piscina presenta algo de suciedad en su interior que podría mejor**** en su mantenimiento. Es fácil aparcar sin coste en las inmediaciones del hotel. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para el disfrute y se cuida todo al detalle . La casa está muy bien situada en la ciudad y el silencio acompaña el descanso nocturno. Es una opción de alojamiento muy especial que merece la pena probar por conocer este sitio histórico aunque sea una vez.

Booked 2 rooms 2 adults 2 children on the booking we where told only the suite could entertain an extra bed and the 14 year old was free on charge We paid the extra for the suite it wasn’t a problem But too my surprise, When checking out, they had added an extra charge for the bed €100 😮 not mentioned on Check in 🤔 When I questioned it all of a sudden they could not understand English 🤔 It left me feeling I was taken advantage off ! Otherwise a Lovely hotel & surroundings,but has no personality walking around it makes you feel uncomfortable, which is not how you are meant to feel when paying a premium for a high class hotel. The staff are too young to understand proper Hospitality 😞 Maybe if they paid more for experienced staff, I wouldn’t be leaving such a negative review Taking advantage of clients to extract an extra €100 will bring you bad luck 🍀

El edificio y la habitación preciosos, pero el servicio del desayuno un poco lento. Hubieramos preferido un buffet. También falta un spa para esta categoría de hotel.

Très beau petit hôtel confortable et bien tenu. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, belle salle de bains. Calme absolu avec un petit jardin contre les remparts de la ville. Personnel compétent et agréable. Bon petit déjeuner. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est d'un très bon niveau.

Magnífico hotel, servicio impecable, habitación con todo detalle, cocina extraordinaria, desayuno estupendo: zumo recién exprimido, bollería, jamón, queso, yogur con avena, huevos, mejor imposible. Gracias a todo el personal por lo bien que nos han atendido

Todo bien. Debería de estar incluido el estacionamiento. vale la pena pagar el desayuno al momento de la reserva
