Good hotel. Near suppermarket. Dan murphys. restaurants and transport. Internet is not good and cleaning is only done by requesting it. This includes getting new towels and sheet changes. Near park so good for a walk.

Didn't feel very safe in the rooms, internal locks are a must. As I was alone, I didn't feel great about having to just trust that the door was locked. Around midnight, a woman in the hotel began screaming for around 20 minutes straight. There's no way to communicate with reception from the rooms and the lack of 24-hour reception and/or security felt very isolating. I wanted to see if anyone else could address the situation as I didn't feel safe leaving the room to check, but there were zero contact numbers. In the morning, I checked out early so put my room key in the express box. I then tried to get down to my car but was unable to do so without the key so I called the out-of-hours service and was met with a very passive-aggressive woman who made me feel like an ***** for not knowing that I had to remove my car before checking out, even though this was not communicated to me at check-in. Even though I had somewhere to be urgently, I had to wait until reception was occupied to get to my car but the gentleman who helped me was lovely and understanding. Overall, I did not enjoy my time and will not be coming back or recommending to anyone. Whilst the apar**ents are 'modern' and fairly clean, it's way too expensive for zero external amenities and poor customer service.

Booked at the Parc hotel apar**ents with great optimism. Unfortunately from the moment we arrived, this place was terrible. We booked a two bedroom two bathroom apar**ent, which was small , pokey, and very isolated. Nearest shops, restaurants are 2 kms away on a busy road. . Car park is tight and limited. Internet which was advertised as part of the package didn’t work. We gave up trying. That was the final straw that broke us. If you are staying in Bundoora and want an apar**ent, try quest which lives up to the billing. The Parc is poor and we will never stay here again or recommend this to friends. Just awful.

The apar**ent was modern, clean and staff were helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night and had no issues. Parking onsite is $8 per day and you can go in and out as you please. Lots of cafes and shops next door and a huge park. I have suggested since we travelled with kids to include locks on the inside of main door for extra security.

We needed somewhere convenient to stay near a wedding we were attending in Heidelberg and the Parc provided an easy 16 min drive. The kitchenette had everything we needed, the Polaris centre was easy walking distance for coffee, supplies or a meal out. There is a park at the rear of the hotel for exploring. Our accommodation was in the back block closer to the park and we had no issues with noise. The space was warm and had everything we needed. The entrance to the underground car park is a little tight but once we were in, we were able to park easily in one of the allocated hotel parking spaces. You do need to follow instructions given at reception for getting into the correct elevator etc. Fuss free accommodation for a short stay.

A very unpleasant experience. Staff were totally incompetent and rude. Took us an hour just to check in and then proceeded to tell us we were checking out on the day before we were meant to. No accountability taken for the poor communication or rudeness by staff. Would 100% not stay there again or recommend to people. Pillows were also terrible and old and there were also stains on the sheets and doona.
