While this brand new hotel rates high on many physical property items, the operating staff, I encountered, was not satisfactorily trained to execute simple hotel tasks including issues at check-in and administrating extended stay (twice) modifications. My encounter with this hotel’s “General Manager” was among the most unprofessional I’ve ever had in my extensive traveling life. While I assume these issues will be corrected in time, it will be some time before/if I return and my perception of Cambria Hotels has been tarnished.
