We loved our stay! The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Really nice decor and a good location. Only a short walk to the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

We don't want to leave 😭😆 We would loooove to book in again in another month.. we would absolutely love to come back💜💜💜 doubt the top floor will be available which is okay 😁 but if it is... that'll be us !❤️ The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and ready to go. Staff and management were the best i have ever cone across! They ensured we had the best stay possible, even with our 2 young children we felt at ease and comfortable our entire stay. With the beach a walk away, stunning pool and spa, i cannot speak higher of Boardwalk Resort Burleigh Beach! From my family to yours, Thankyou so much for our stay guys!!

Not good customer service. Requested 1 bedroom ocean view. Got a construction site, scaffolding and the Gold Coast Highway. 6pm check in and could only contact reception which could only take a message as it was after hours. The next day reception cannot assist as they were supposedly booked. We arranged alternate accommodation for the last 2 nights of our 4 night stay. Reception staff said “The manager is happy to arrange a refund for your two nights”: 3 days later I contact Boardwalk by email and received a reply from “reservations” stating it will be arranged but they wanted to know my issue”. I again, told them my issue only to receive an email with no name attached only “reservations”. The replies were in my opinion abrupt, and not accepting criticism of their property. Tiny rooms and bathrooms compared to other new properties, car park exit caters for a small car or bike due to its layout. Spa cold and foyer smelt like baby powder. Oh, and it’s day 5 and still no refund. I didn’t bother mentioning the dust on skirting boards and sliding doors and mould on bedroom air con louvres which I cleaned myself. Consider Kirra or Coolangatta, comparable properties with genuine ocean view and better size rooms for same money. Only 15 min drive south on highway with lovely beach. Would not recommend or stay at Boardwalk.

Very nicely layout 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, very modern kitchen. Great ocean views (even though we were on hwy side).Air cons everywhere. Great stay.

The Boardwalk property itself is beautifully landscaped & clean. As for the host of Apt 23, NO instructions whatsoever were left for guests to help maneuver anything in & around the flat or building which is highly dependent upon a key & toggle system. You cannot do anything without either. It would have been nice to have instructions how to work the TV in the Lounge Rm. TV remained unprogrammed so we couldn't watch. Same with the Wifi password which wasn't provided because there was no note left. The kitchen didn't have regular appliances you could normally figure out. Once again, no note was left so we had to spend too much time working out the stovetop & dishwasher to get it going. The kitchen itself had VERY basic & only a few saucepans. Missing were basics like a dish sponge, & there were no paper towels, no cutting board, & no veggie peeler, etc. Our stay was 4 days & we were provided 1-1/4 rolls of toilet paper in total. The air con was sealed off with tape. The heater at night did not go on! Again, NO instructions how to work the little remotes to turn on/off these devices, anyway! IF there was a housekeeping svc, NONE was made known or offered to us in the 4 days of staying there. I think for the cost, there are far better places to stay other than Apt 23 Boardwalk Burleigh. Perhaps it was only this host in Apt 23 but he/she needs to step up. Even their bath toiletries were the cheapest & they smelled badly so we did not use them! This is our HONEST review.

We had a fantastic stay at Boardwalk Burleigh Beach. The staff were incredible and made our stay amazing. The apartment was great and the location was perfect. We highly recommend!!

Apartment was spacious and conveniently close to shops/cafes/beach, easy parking, good amenities. However, the room was not well cleaned at all. Windows, mirrors, surfaces etc were all visibly dirty.
