Hotel con buena ubicación, en frente de la playa, buen servicio y buen desayuno

El hotel aunque no está en primera linea de playa, está bien situado y en cinco minutos estas en ella. Ahora bien, para un establecimiento de esa categoría hubo varias cosas que indican a mí entender que se tienen que poner las pilas . El día de la llegada solicité un kit dental ( solo para mi, pues mi pareja sí había llevado), y me dicen que no tienen. Ese mismo día le pido una percha para faldas y me dicen que tampoco.La contestación de ambas fue al instante por lo que deduzco que ni se molestaron en preguntar al gobernante/a si había. y ya por último, los colchones no tenían funda, algo totalmente antihigiénico. Se cae o no una estrella ?

Arredamento anni 70, letto comodissimo, stanza spaziosa, bagno rimodernato, tutto pulito. Colazione su richiesta E 8,50 a buffet. Dolce e salato più o meno in linea con le colazioni continentali Receptionist gentilissimi e disponibili Buon rapporto qualità prezzo Zona tranquilla, spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi

Hola, solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento, en primer lugar en recepción nos atendió Laura de ella destacó su amabilidad, simpatía y sobre todo la ayuda que me prestó en la piscina, por otra parte, al servicio del desayuno por siempre tener preparado los alimentos sin gluten, no me quiero olvidar del servicio de limpieza un 10. Hubo momentos en mi alojamiento que tenía que teletrabajar y en ningún momento me falló la red wifi del propio hotel. Por todo ello, quiero felicitar al equipo a todo el equipo humano que presta el servicio sin ellos no podría decir que he tenido unas vacaciones fantásticas. Gracias !!!!

Stayed here earlier this month with a friend. I expected a 4 star experience but unfortunately this place is closer to 2 star, certainly by British standards. We were shocked when we arrived and if we could have afforded it we would've stayed elsewhere. Reception staff were incredibly rude. We booked through loveholidays and had such a hostile encounter with the two men and women on reception when we complained about the air-conditioning barely working, that we tried to contact loveholidays to be moved to a different hotel. We needed a safe in the room to store our laptops, jewellery and valuables, and we were told we would have to pay for this, even though it's listed as free on the website. Staff are very argumentative, don't seem to like British people, and make you feel like everything is an inconvenience. The hotel itself is dead with nobody manning the bars or pool. The pool was grubby and the few times we went in we found we were swimming amongst foliage, dead insects, and children's plasters. Maintenance is half-****d in this place. The hotel in general is very run down and mis-advertised. There is no "spa", there is apparently a hot tub which was out of use (like 80% of the facilities) while we were there. I definitely don't recommend this place, we were both eager to leave.

We arrived at the hotel after a friend drove us from Oliva, we were greeted by the most rude obnoxious reception staff, it was really shocking. We checked in, came back down a while later where they attempted to check us in again to a 2nd room (for yhe same amount of people) saying we had booked 2 rooms, we hadn't, they had already taken the charge for the 2nd room. They proceeded to blame *********** for the error. The following morning we attempted to speak to the manager. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness, I approached him very calmly, asking him to look at the proof we had but he wouldn't, he went on to print out the 2 reservations one we booked on the Friday, and one they had duplicated on the Sunday, he refused to listen or view anything we had and was waving me off dismissively. I realised I was getting nowhere so I walked away, at which point he muttered some rude comment, I just said, the same to you and continued to walk away. The hotel is listed as a 4 star but it isn't. The pool was grubby with bits floating in it. It was run on some days without a pool attendant or poolside hut (listed as a bar) the air conditioning was temperamental and barely worked in the room, was non existent in the lifts which were like smelly ovens, the facilities in the room were 2-3 star basic at best. It wasn't the cleanest but not the worst. The continental breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular but ok for a 3 star. The WiFi, supposedly available thoughout the hotel was not working most of the time, the lifts were out of service frequently. One night i got very little sleep as the lift was clunking all night, we were the first room as you came out of the lift. We notified the staff but nothing was done for several hours. How this hotel has gained a 4 star rating in places us unbelievable as it barely reaches 3 stars and that's being generous. All in all the attitude, lack of amenities and disgustingly rude staff spoiled our holiday completely.

I had a miserable experience in this hotel, it certainly isn't a 4 star by British standards, it would be pushed to get a 2 star. The hotel is dead with zero a**osphere and hardly any residents even in peak seasons. The staff cannot be bothered to open the bar by the pool, the bar on the 7th floor or the bar near reception - if you want a drink, leave the accommodation. There are no tea or coffee facilities or bottled water or anything complimentary whatsoever in the room. We asked for a safe and were told we'd have to pay for this even though it states online that it's free. Eventually someone came and installed one for us, the original one had been ripped off the wall or something. The room itself was very depressing though housekeeping are good and kept it clean. Rooms are dark and sparce with minimal decoration and the balcony is barely big enough to stand two people on and certainly not big enough for a chair. "Sea view" only counts if you lean off the balcony and twist your head around 90 degrees. Reception and maintenance staff in the morning (two men and a young woman) are INCREDIBLY rude. Staff in the afternoon and evening were much more polite and accommodating. The pool is very small and a sun trap area yet there are only three parasols - it's simply too hot to sit out there without shade. All in all, I'd never come back or recommend it to anyone. The area is lovely but not much to do other than go on the beach and have a drink and some food - okay for a weekend away but stay in a different hotel.

Would give it 0 if I could! Staff on check in were rude. When we go to the room it smelt like stale air and cheap cleaning products and the air con didn’t work. We also noticed that a safe was not located in our room. When we went to complain at reception they told us it would be a €5 charge per day for the box…. But we didn’t have a safe in the room. They then came up to the to look at air con….. told us it only works on setting 1 (which is worse than having someone blow on you from 100ft away!!). 4 stars .,,, who the f**k gave them a star rating! Furious is an understatement. We have sourced other accommodation. My advice don’t stay here!

Le personnel désagréable Le bar de l’hôtel ne sert plus à partir de 22h ! Et pour couronner le tout on a pas dormi des vacances la literie est catastrophique En tout cas je ne le recommande pas du tout
