The staff were brilliant especially Yuriko on the front desk, we arrived late and wanted additional milk for breakfast and she went away and got a carton for us, she also recommended lots of different restaurants/bars for us and they were all great especially the Greek one 😊. Very well located and very relaxing stay, nothing was too much of a bother for the staff.

Property was in an excellent location and overall room was clean. The shower could do with a serious deep clean though. The main door to the reception was broken as well as the lift not fully operational when we stayed, things like that happen but it was a little inconvenient. The staff were absolutely lovely.

The hotel was well placed in the middle of the town next to all the shops and cafes. The rooms were spacious with good facilities. Reception were very helpful and the complimentary muffins went down very well.

Great hotel ….very roomy…with large clean bathroom. The location is great…steps to beach walk…only negative…car parking underneath very tight…but would stay again when back in Byron Bay

Location is second to none. Right on main Beach and near where the action is but still far enough to enjoy some quiet. Slightly dated but tastefully done up,clean and comfortable.

Fantastic stay the staff made it very easy and comfortable the morning coffee and fruit was very enjoyable the evening drinks was a nice way to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended we shall be back

Fantastic location, big rooms and comfortable.
Place is looking tired and "shabby" on the outside, needs some attention and inside on bathrooms especially showers. Apart from that good stay.

We had a really nice stay. The room was lovely, with nice decor, and was big. The bathroom was excellent, huge! The hotel offered free muffins and fruit in the mornings, which was much appreciated. It was in a great location near the beach and close to the main shops.
