Ryan who was the employee checked me in was amazing! Boy this employee does it all for his job! He is a keeper! He is friendly, works hard! Went into the bar/restaurant to pick up a menu to get some dinner. She was way to busy telling a couple of people a story of getting a speeding ticket rather than excusing herself to help a customer. Glad Grub hub was happy to get my business both nights for dinner. Room was clean, carpet is dated and stained, so kept my shoes on until bed. no coffee cups in the room to take coffee. No big deal just pain having to walk back and ask. Lighting is a little dark in the room, as in the bathroom. Ladies who wear make up Next morning go down for breakfast 7:30 AM. NO coffee was made, no preparation for breakfast at all. Same thing this morning except coffee that was made at some point the day before were in carafes sitting on the table. Employee just came turned on the lights and walked away. Again McDonald’s we’re happy to sell me fresh hot coffee. To bad I spent 108 plus change for this room that was to include breakfasts. Grounds were clean. Plenty of areas to walk a dog. They need a couple of garbage cans around, but again not a big deal to walk down to the garbage dumpsters. Over all not a bad place at all to stay. Will stay again, but will make sure my bring my kurig, coffee, and creamer for fresh coffee.

The staff were very friendly and attend to your need without conflicts. However the hotel need to be gutted and remodel. My AC unit wasn't working on the week that I was there for training. The bed was well made and clean, but the carpet was so dirty and smell like a wet cat. My nice little window had what look like a bullet hole in it. My access card hardly work. I have to rekey my card at least 15 times during my stay. Good thing they were very nice to do it for me. Will I stay here? NO.

Had made a reservation ahead of time and when we got there our room wasn't even ready they switched our room we went to that room and it wasn't even cleaned beds not made beer bottles everywhere and it smelled horrible went back to the front desk they switched our room again went to that room and it wasn't clean either garbage was full wrappers under the bed , bed blankets were wrinkled didn't even look like the sheets were changed, went back to front desk again they gave us another room finally was a clean room, but went to go swimming and the hot tub was out of service, and come morning they ran out of breakfast after an hour so had to leave to go get breakfast checked out as soon as we woke up ... I was not impressed. But the employees were very accommodating to make sure and tried hard to make things right

Very out dated. Room was clean but the tv wont work unless you have a way to watch off your phone. The wifi is weak so everything is constantly buffering. Had to call an uber to the tavern just to watch the game. Someone was in my room. Did no cleaning and could've stocked the 1 coffee packet for a three night stay but did nothing but be nosey. Why were you in my room? No privacy even with a do not disturb in the door. Heat is sub par and very noisey. Runs constantly and even when its not it still makes an unbelievable noise of creaking or dripping. NO POOL NO HOTTUB, NOTHING! So with no tv on top of it what the hell is there to do in this hotel? NOTHING!! ON ON TOP OF IT NO BREAKFAST!!! So sit and stare at the wall for 3 nights thanks a lot!!! Should be closed permanently!!!

The lobby was clean and cute. Personnel was friendly and offered us that if we needed a ride back to the hotel after a night out, to call her and she would call us a cab. The rooms are nothing fancy but clean. The lock to our room was sticking. The front desk person had to open our door when we got there and again later. Then the next day, my husband ran somewhere and i went to get ice down the hall and....i could not get back into my room. The front desk couldnt get the door open and had to call maintenance which was apparently in a different town. Long story short, we were given another room to watch tv while we waited to get into our room (full of our stuff). It took about 3 hours to get back into our room. We then switched rooms that wasnt as nice and had a smaller bed. We missed our noon reservation for a brewery tour. But the front desk kept us informed and was very apologetic. It wasnt her fault. And, the restaurant/bar was closed which was a bummer. Also, we had a smart tv in our second room and no one could figure out how to watch the big football game so we went somewhere else to watch that. Would I stay there again? Maybe. It was very reasonably priced and off the beaten path.

One attendant - friendly, but very hard to understand. Could not figure out TV, & attendant was no help. Door was very difficult to open. No soap, shampoo, etc. in bathroom. Other guests told us the wifi did not work. Room, itself, was very roomy, nice, and clean.

Shower was not working properly. The TV was not good...missed the Packers game Vs. 49ers.

Pool and hot tub both not working,we did get our reservations canceled. Glad the attendant was honest about it.
