房間很大 衞生乾淨 入住體驗不錯

設施有點老，這還是卡利高檔酒店，有點無語。 特別是衞生間的淋浴頭，還是很多年前的設計 （70,80年 ？ ），冷水要單獨拎一個開關，熱水也要單獨拎一個開關。

房間一般，服務人員倒是很熱情。但是總是有人去敲門，不知道是幹嘛的。

Big room comfortable bed great location, good security. Breakfast mediocre, bland.

Es increíble que tengan el descaro de preguntar al check out si consumí algo del minibar cuando deberían saber que me entregaron una habitación con una nevera totalmente VACÍA y cero snacks. Todo me tocó pedirlo a domicilio pues estuve 3 noches por tema de trabajo y no podía salir a conseguir nada. Luego pedí un pod para poder tener café en el cuarto y me lo cobraron aparte... en otros hoteles esto es una cortesía diaria!

El hotel tiene su edad… uno de los ascensores no estaba funcionando… entonces todo se demoraba… mi junior suite… el aire se paró de funcionar bien etc etc.. SIN EMBARGO… tengo q mencionar q el personal es EL MEJOR EN LA INDISTRIA DE HOSPITALIDAD. Desde el bell man q me ayudó y me enseñó todo sobre la alcoba y cómo pedir room service y el jacuzzi etc etc… hasta el GERENTE q me ofreció a cambiar una habitación para otra… ufff q elegancia… ahora si soy súper feliz y recogieron mi laundry a las 11:30am para lavar y entregar EL MISMO DÍA!!! Ya extendí mi estadía de una noche a 5 noches!!! Siempre me quedo en sonesta Bogotá también.. una franquicia de BOUTIQUE, SERVICIO súper bueno… y atención al cliente q es segunda a nadie!!!

Uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hotel is oud maar wel onderhouden. Echter kamers dringend aan modernisering toe. Ook gym en pool hebben een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Ontbijtzaal veel te klein voor aantal gasten. Tijdens verblijf tot 2 x toe met een bordje naast een computer in het business centre moeten ontbijten. Gedurende geheel verblijf geen kleine lepeltjes aanwezig om koffie te roeren. Dit soort zaken zijn een Sonesta hotel onwaardig. Hierdoor prijs kwaliteit niet OK

Excelente servicio, que tienen que mejorar en la barra las cervezas calientes y el cobro de limones y el cobro del agua me sorprendió mucho. Soy de PUERTO RICO pero estuve muy a gusto felicidades en esta navidad.

Excelente servicio de todos los que trabajan en el hotel. Reflejan un excelente trato entre ellos y aún más con los clientes. Feliz de estar en el hotel. Gracias a cada uno

Everything was good until,MR JESUS MARQUEZ , was not upto date with practices and didnt honor my documents (im a dual citizen of colombia) when he didnt find a stamp in either my U.S or Colombian passport, to waive the fee..not knowing that theres new technology in passport control that doesnt leave passport stamps any longer, called, BIOMIG, which i used, calling me a Liar, therefore denying a room key until the fee was paid. US$20.(89KCOP) ,which i endee up paying.. the solution, they gave me was to go to the airport next day on my personal time , and asked for proof so they can refund me,; which i found absurd,since i was running errands for next day,i was promised to be contacted by MANAGER LORENA FIGEROA, but she never reached out to me.. also every minibar item and even coffee has a price.. for in room consumption.. pitiful... Do not leave a Credit card with them.. every has a cost and they are abusive.. I dont recommend this hotel I found this to be Rude and Disrespectful

La atención y disposición del personal es incomparable. La habitación la arreglaban desde muy temprano y emitía durante el día un ambiente muy cómodo. Todo perfecto, me fui del hotel con la felicidad de sentirme muy bien atendido. Excelente, muy recomendado.

It was okay. Because it's located next to a clinic, the area is busy and noisy. The good part is that staff is really nice. Tip: ask for menu before ordering any drinks at this place as they are costly.

I booked one of the big sweets which was cool because it had two bathrooms. There wasn't a balcony. The bed was good. Breakfast was okay. I didn't really partake in the restaurants.
