Clean spacious hotel room & bathroom, located right off I-70. Several truck plazas nearby so a lot of in & out traffic in hotel. Comfortable mattress. Choose this hotel so we could visit Fulton MO attractions but both were closed for renovations

Clean hotel , housekeeping is excellent and services as scheduled, staff is friendly. Breakfast was fresh and as expected. Desk staff always upgrade platinum to a larger room when available. Easy location off of the interstate. Comfortable beds!

The best HIE. Spacious rooms, great power and temperature in the shower and bath. Friendly attentive staff. Would like to see safety bars in the bathroom Good breakfast. Small Indoor pool . Quiet despite being close to interstate traffic. Great value

Pros: clean, comfortable bed and close to the Interstate. Cons: Lots of road noise and the breakfast was disgusting. I should have known something was up when I saw plastic wrap lining the container for the sausage gravy. It was cold! Major food safety fail! I tried a biscuit on its own and it was stale.

Spent one night here on a recent trip. Found everything to be above expectations. The host greeted us warmly and provided good information about the hotel and restaurants in the area. The room was perhaps the cleanest we have had in quite some time. We will absolutely stay herte on the next opportunity.

This was the second Holiday Inn and Suites we stayed on on this trip. The mattresses were not quite as soft and the beds not quite as high as at the other location, but overall it was a nice experience. The attendant working the front desk when we arrived was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was what you expect from Holiday Inn, but it wasn't as well maintained as it should have been--a number of items were empty or nearly so when we went through. When we were leaving, several employees--housekeeping staff and front desk attendant--were outside smoking or vaping just a few front from the entrance, which was not impressive. Note that there are very few eating options in the area, and those that are available are of the fast food and truck stop variety. It is immediately next to Ozarkland, though, if that is of interest.

This was our third stay at the hotel - the location is just off 70, with ample amenities nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable - super comfy bed with pillow options. Our continued feedback is that the TV system needs a guide - it’s hard to tell what’s on/when. We also didn’t love the change to liquid Dove products - it’s nice to have a bar of soap. The hallway noise (especially with dogs) was a bit much for this stay - hopefully next time we can get a more isolated room.

This is a very nice hotel. It was clean, breakfast was well stocked and the staff was friendly and helpful. The work area in the room was very spacious. The area is lacking in restaurants. So unless you like Dennys fast food is your only choice. My one and only complaint (which is minor) is they didn’t supply a pen and scratch pad in the room.

We stayed two nights in a standard king room while visiting the area. The bed was great -- so very comfortable. The lounge chair was not comfortable; we suspect someone ordered the loungers for the "look" -- not for comfort. The room had great lighting and a large-enough TV with good service. We appreciated the space for our suitcase, desktop and task chair, small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was clean, and the shower head provided a good spray. The highlight of breakfast was the HIE signature cinnamon rolls -- delicious, moist, and soft. The rest of the breakfast was adequate but still missing a few items such as boiled eggs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some toiletries are no longer standard in the bathroom but are available at the front desk.
