松馬提亞斯海灘酒店 - 限成人入住

Firstly this hotel is not a 4 star it’s a 3 star at best! We booked this hotel given the great reviews it has, how we were fooled! As all is not as it seems. The great reviews are given by die hard 70 and 80 year old’s stuck in a loop of revisiting in their deluded quests for the sacred ‘15 visit plaques’ and so on and basically wouldn’t know a good hotel if it hit them between the eyes! On arrival (which was just after midnight due to flight delays) we were met by a receptionist who looked like we’d disturbed her nap. She rather brusquely gave us our room number, and when we asked could she advice us of somewhere we could possibly get a snack we were met with a flat no, so we left her to her miserable self. Our room was on the 8th floor - which was a bit too high, so we didn’t even sit on the balcony once. The rooms are really small too with very little storage for clothes and the air con is rubbish set at a standard 19 degrees which won’t budge any cooler. Food is awful - evening meals being the worst and bizarrely all the old dear’s who return year upon year don’t eat in the hotel, instead choosing to eat elsewhere ..which tells you everything! I chose their grilled fish on two separate occasions and was rewarded with a mouthful of fish bones! The soup tastes like cup a soup and is definitely not homemade, tasting bland and thick like wallpaper paste and unless you like pork you’re in trouble as there wasn’t much else. The desserts are repeated and re-put out days on end in the hope they go. Five days in a row lemon meringue pie was served, and the apple crumble was the rankest thing I have ever tried, I actually had to spit it out it was that disgusting! Breakfasts are manic with a canteen feel vibe and just about edible at best. The pool area is ok but the opening time of 9.30am is ridiculous and unless you queue with all the die hards you get a concrete jungle of a sunbed view. The bar pool serves food although I was given an undercooked burger which I had to return. Not very relaxing though as you get all the noise from Siso beach next door. The reception staff are very rude! I witnessed this on two separate occasions with others as well as experiencing it personally, the entertainment person Julie is great though and some of the restaurant staff try their best. The beach is lovely, and there are some lovely bars nearby overlooking the bay. Franky the best part of the holiday was leaving, never to return!! Unless you want a holiday with scenes like something out of the film Cocoon and 1980’s style school dinners I would avoid this awful hotel and put your hard earned money somewhere else.

Hmmm. Hotel is spotless and the location is fantastic however that's were it ends. If you're not a returning 70 years plus customer forget it. You are treat completely different. At breakfast we had our card scanned and told we had to eat inside as the lovely alfresco dining tables were busy, alas what a shock to see approx 75% outside dining tables completely empty and set out so ready to be used. Clearly we had not shown up as as a platinum customer. Poolside dear God it doesn't open till 9:30 however the queue forming that we could watch from our balcony before 8am is ridiculous. And take no notice of the very small signs that say towels are moved, that is a lie. The towels are on the beds at 9:30 then the holidaymakers go off enjoy a leisurely breakfast and off out for the day with their beds held all day. We paid extra for a suite so we didn't have to join the sunbed wars but be warned there are no sunbeds on the balcony. Its recliner chairs. And cheap instant coffee in suites no coffee machines. No never again.We have stayed in much nicer hotels in this area. However we live and learn.

First time at this hotel and it's really nice, the rooms are lovely and every room has a sea view! The staff are some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever come across. The food's really nice and if you're gluten free you're in safe hands, I'm gluten free and was really well looked after.

Another 10 nights in this wonderful hotel , staff are so friendly and pleasant bar staff are great , Julie the entertainment lady stood out is so friendly encouraging you to get involved with games , as did Estele behind the bar , always a smile on her face ( sorry if i spelt her name wrong) the only niggles we had was the queues for sunbeds weccame down at 9.30 and not a sunbed to be had but lots taken with towels on and unoccupied some until lunchtime which I personally find selfish but the gate doesn't open until 9.30 the queue is large and the run like ants scattering and getting their favourite spots and they say the germans are bad !!!!the other niggle is the temperature of the food in the evening, it's barely warm bordering on cold ,the food is catered for the more mature British holidaymaker , rooms were a bit small but all have sea views which make ip for it as you're not in them fir long entertainment was very good if you could get a seat , again people go straight from early evening dinner and grab their spots from as early as 6 .30 when the entertainment starts at 9.30 All in all a lovely holiday would I return possibly yes as the location is great and the staff so pleasant and friendly , plenty of cocktail bars and restaurants close by , it's a great place for a short break in the sun and only a short flight

Just returned from a 3 night break......what a lovely hotel. The room was modern, with a great view of the beach. The buffet food was superb, too much choice and not enough time! Buses stop within a short walking distance and we went into Palma centre. We also walked into Magaluf. There are loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Sports bars, lively bars, quieter places, something for everyone. The hotel demographic was slightly older but we met some lovely people. We are in our 50's. There were younger guests than us. Staff were fab. We had a lovely chat with Sue on our last night. The restaurant and cleaning staff worked so hard. My only tiny moan....the hairdryer in the bathroom on the shortest lead. My pet hate is trying to dry my hair while dodging around my husband in the bathroom. This was our first visit to Majorca, it won't be our last

Had a relaxing week away in this hotel in the last week of September. Rooms are modern, clean & all have a lovely view of the beach. Breakfast was fabulous with a great choice ( buffet style) All staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. Pool opened at 9.30, there was always a queue for the sunbeds but we always managed to get a couple. The hotel is in a prime location with an easy walk to bars and restaurants. This hotel caters for mainly retirees who come back year after year as they know a good thing when they see it. We are in our 50s and will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel. Thanks for a lovely holiday and experience.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location next to the beach, we had a wonderful greeting from Kieth on reception when we first arrived and all the staff were wonderful apart from one, Adrian I think he was called, night Porter, what a nasty miserable unhelpful stroppy guy he was, otherwise we couldn’t fault the hotel

We have been using the Son Matias Beach Hotel for a number of years and once again they did not disappoint. The staff as always were friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The food and entertainment as always was excellent. It says a lot for the standards of the hotel when almost all of the staff have been there for a number of years and we are welcomed back like old friends. See you in 2025

We have had several holidays at this hotel and once again we were not disappointed. The rooms are lovely and amazing views. Everywhere in the hotel is spotless. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. ThEe restaurant is good. We look forward to returning to this hotel.
