比南薩朗賓塔納薩天堂酒店(Bintana sa Paraiso Binunsaran)

太棒了，我喜歡這個地方，雖然有點冷，但確實可以俯瞰帕拉索，非常放鬆，我肯定會推薦這個地方，房間很棒，很優雅，適合每個人的品味和喜歡，有很多地方可以去帶你可以拍照

Dear Bintana Sa Paraiso, Firstly, thank you for providing me with a much-needed break. As a Capacity Planning Engineering Director, my time is usually consumed by work demands, but spending 4 days and 3 nights at your resort was a well-planned escape. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Proper Communication within Staff: Ensure that your staff are fully briefed on agreements with clients, such as the breakfast options. Smooth communication is essential for the business's success. 2. Upgraded Generator: While power outages are common on the island, having Starlink is a plus. Consider upgrading to generators that don't require manual activation and are always ready to ensure uninterrupted power supply for guests who may need to work remotely. 3. Phone Line in Rooms and Reception Area: It would be beneficial to install phone lines in rooms and the reception area for easier communication. Also, ensure that the provided mobile number is functional. 4. Improved Customer Service: While your staff, particularly Alvin, JL, and RV, are pleasant, there's room for improvement in their customer service, especially during guests' initial interactions. First impressions matter. I hope you'll take these suggestions into consideration to ensure all guests have a fulfilling experience at your resort. Overall , I will still give BSP 1000/10. 這是一個不錯的地方，非常冷，適合新婚夫婦，工作人員非常平易近人，友好且耐心，特別是我們的導遊司機 Chito 爵士，我們從他那裡學到了很多東西，並指導我們如何付款，如何付款多，什麼地方，等等，FO經理傑伊爵士，服務員安東爵士和其他工作人員。因為他們，我們的住宿變得順利和放鬆。太感謝了。雖然食物很貴，但至少很好吃。

床很沼澤很舒服。每晚都睡得像個嬰兒一樣 山區的氛圍非常平靜 他們的食物真的很棒！個人最喜歡的是泰式雞肉，員工服務一流。他們竭盡全力確保您擁有所需的一切。除了游泳池之外，還有我非常喜歡的卡瓦！

The place is really peaceful, relaxing and got that amazing view overlooking mambajao and white island. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Got excellent wifi. Their food is good as well if you want to order room service, pizza, pasta and some Filipino food on their menu. They will deliver it anywhere you would want to eat in the area. And also if want q request like surprises for your love once, they can assisst you. The over all experience was peaceful and great.

Maybe because it was low season, their pool was under maintenance and they yet have to clean it. Some of the facilities where if not under repair, it needs repair. Our hut got some holes on it and water dripped when it rained. The over all experience was peaceful and great.

But if I didn’t have this upgrade will be 3 stars, why?, because I think there is missing someone that take care of the details, can be so much nicer with very less effort. For example, I took trash around the swimming pool, how can this be possible, I did because shock my eyes to see like that, so nice place with trash around. The room on 2 floor with 2 queen bed with amazing views, Those curtains that are high to the ground and don't cover the light and are so unpleasant. The breakfast so poor, but good thing they bring wherever you want to be served, in a nest, in the common dining room, on your balcony at no cost. Maybe is because is low season that was like little abandoned but I must say the price is on offer but still I think is too expensive. The top plus are the receptionist, I can name Jay, he help us a lot by wasap, he is very kind and polite, bravo for him and the team.

Bintana sa Paraiso felt like paradise. The place was aesthetically pleasing, refreshing, and relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and conversant like Sir JayAr, Sir Anton, Ma’am Joyce, and most especially Sir Chito who drove us and showed us the beauty of the island.

It is quite far from the town proper but you can easily get here by hailing a habal habal or motorella. If you’re looking for a quiet place where you can unwind and relax, this is the place for you. They have a lap pool, a bar, some gym equipments and each room has its own balcony. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. You can have your food delivered to your room and you can eat it at the balcony. You can also ask the front desk to hail you a habal habal or service if you want to go to the town proper or the port. There’s also a cellular service here and they have a wifi. Since the place is located in the mountain, there might be some insects or bugs. They have an insect spray outside for you to use just in case.
