I landed at Syracuse Airport on schedule at 11:30 pm, only to find that this hotel sent me an email at 11:00 pm telling me that they were full and couldn't honor my reservation, even though I had made it weeks ago and had paid in advance. I had to spend 30+ minutes on the phone with ********** staff to get a rebooking, at a hotel with fewer stars, and didn't get to my hotel until 12:30 in the morning due to the delay. What kind of hotel tells you on the night of your arrival, very late, that they can't honor your reservation? The worst reservation experience I've had in 30+ years of travel. At least ********** came through for me!
