哈約斯觀光小屋(Hajos Lodge)

Wir waren 2 Wochen bei Hajo und seinem Team und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Lebensfreude und Gastfreundlichkeit SüdAfrikas ist in jedem Einzelnen zu spüren. Die Lodge hat alles, was man z.B. nach einer spannenden Townshiptour (geführt bei Hajo 👍), einem Bad im kalten Meer oder einer Tour auf den Tafelberg sucht; ein gemütliches Bett, eine warme Dusche und einen Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das liebevoll zubereite warme Frühstück von Peter. Ein leckerer Energielieferant für unsere Unternehmungen.

Hajo´s Lodge ist eine tolle Bleibe, wenn man in Kapstadt weilt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Der Garten mit Pool ist erholsam. Wir haben viel Zeit dort verbracht. Das Frühstück kann man individuell bestellen und wird frisch zubereitet. Einfach lecker. Die Lodge ist absolut zu empfehlen. Hajo hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und viele Tipps gegeben.

Excellent stay- very impressed with the breakfast. The chef was excellent - he knows how to make someone happy. Happy cooking. Keep up the excellent work. Linen was very clean. Staff very friendly and very accommodating. Peaceful and friendly.

Hajo and staff were amazing and accommodation throughout. Always diligent and pro-active for timelines and plans. Rooms were nice and clean. In general it is a bit more outside of the city, which in turn also means that it is quiet and safe. There is also a mall 3min away by foot and it has got everything you need. It might do well with an inverter for load shedding, but to be fair we were also experiencing an unusual frequency, so it was more noticeable than it would be normally.

Such a safe, wonderful, quite and serene place to stay. I loved all my time here, the bed was extra comfortable, the room just perfect, I could hear birds in the morning and the pool was a delight during the hot weather. PLUS the owners and their team were super friendly and accomodating. I will be back again for sure!

Hajos is well equipped and my room was a comfortable size, neat, tidy and well serviced daily. The staff are very friendly and even thought I left very early each morning, a breakfast pack was prepared for me. On the down side, the DSTV did not work (very intermittent signal) and the shower water pressure was very low. I would visit again and hopefully have an improved stay.

We stayed at Hajos Lodge for 7 days after making a short notice booking following the bereavement of a loved one. The owner and staff were all very supportive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The lodge was just what we needed. Immaculately clean and spacious rooms with everything you needed including air conditioning. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The lodge only has a small number of rooms which made it feel like we had the pool and gardens to ourselves. Hajo runs a township tour company and I would highly recommend going. We had a fantastic day and our guide was lovely. There were only a couple of downsides to the lodge. The first is the fact the hotel doesn't have a generator to kick in during the load shedding. This is an inconvenience rather than a problem. The other is the showers. The water pressure is very low and if they improved this the stay would have been pretty much perfect. The lodge is in a great location with a shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. One thing to note is that the owner has two dogs that roam freely around the hotel. They are both rescue dogs who are a little timid around people and can bark at you. Even confident dog lovers aren't encouraged to pet them, so if you are wary of dogs this may be an issue for you. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend Hajos lodge. I would definitely stay here again.
