We had a very large group staying (20 or so who attended college together 40 years ago) in town for a Celebration of Life and we basically took over (after being given permission) the dining area in the evening, bringing our coolers and some food so we could all be together and catch up. We all appreciated being given the go-ahead to be able to gather there. Thank you!!

Nice & Clean. Great customer service (front desk), very friendly! Walking distance to night life.

The walls were sonthin that I could hear every word of a phone conversation next door. Then I could hear him snoring all night through the walls. Awful.

******* is the problem. ******* cancelled my reservation and I didn’t have a room. Never will I I use ******* again.

Everything was great-clean, comfortable bed. The front desk attendants were very friendly when we checked in late after a concert. Nice area.

The staff were very professional and friendly, the property and rooms were all immaculately cleaned and cared for.

Close to family in Carmel. Great staff, everthing new and clean. Nice workout space. Good breakfast.

Property was selected due to proximity to event, brand and claim of “family friendly” Apart from noise of general foot traffic (room was adjacent to ice machine), walls were thin and outside street traffic was considerable. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with a calcified shower head, fixtures pulling away from vinyl surround and visible water damage on ceiling. Also, no stopper or plug for the tub made bathing little ones difficult.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located. The staff are great. We chose this hotel because it had excellent reviews. But our stay did not go as we had expected. We stayed there for three nights, and for the first two, there were a bunch of children screaming and running around well after 11 pm. They were in some kind of sport teams. The parents were there too, but they did not keep their children quiet. Right outside, teenagers were playing balls. The noise did not stop even after midnight. I met other guests complaining about the late night noises as well in the elevator. The staff tried to address this, and they were very responsive when I contacted them. There were just too many people without manners for them to keep it under control.
