Check in 4pm. Good Location. Check in Service so so... Sunset View Nice...

This is a nice hotel although needs work. Our floor smelled like mildew as soon as you stepped off the elevator. Our room had a slight smell as well, the food is over priced for what you get. Be careful of the sand fleas which they do warn you about at the front desk. James the doorman was absolutely wonderful, he was so helpful, kind and funny, made our stay enjoyable.

One of the best Marriott’s that I have been to, the restaurant with the beach view was the icing on the cake. The only complaint I have is that the room and the entire floor that we were booked in smelled very musty/humid, where it was uncomfortable to breath at times. I requested another room on another floor but was told that no more rooms were available. Besides that this stay would’ve been perfect.

Outdated carpets, this needs to be updated with title throughout. Close to the airport and hear the airplanes coming and going all hours. Bed pretty hard. Really need to have two people working the concierge desk. Wait time and going through the process is a lot longer than expected along with others waiting for you to book their trip. Kitchen closes way to early on the weekend. There should be more night life with dancing and the ****** music should not out do night life music especially you can't dance in the ******.

Terrible service bad attitude from the restaurant staffed. first day no paper toilet in the bathroom no hair shampoo we could no check in but until 5 pm. cleaning employee's yelling in the hallway early in the mornings in general really bad experience not worth to pay over $500 a night for a nigh**are

This location is super convenient if you want to stay by the airport, but because of this, it's very loud at all times. Staff is nice but don't expect late checkouts even if you offer to pay extra. You can leave bags in the front and they'll give you access to the gym bathroom but there is only one shower and its very tiny so we were sharing it with 5 other people who were also waiting for their later flight. The pool was great and 24 hours which my daughter loved. Right on the beach so the scenery is gorgeous, however there are sand bugs and they're ruthless, so bring bug spray or you will be like us and itching for a week.

Loved the beach. Hotel and restaurant sits right on the beach. Many issues with service though.Room didn’t have any body lotion or shampoo - not refilled. The bedsheets seemed crumply and were rough. In room dining order didn’t show up even after almost an hour and after I called back, it was finally dropped off - Cold and soggy. The cleaners didn’t show up when we were down by the pool and beach for hours , but showed up in the evening?.. obviously we didn’t want to be bothered then.

Awesome Beach/Oceanfront location. Private beach, pool & hotub...all accessible 24hrs/day. Worth evey dime. Got the Oceanfront, 2 Queen Beds, Balcony room...excellent Oceanfront view!! Clean. Staff very accomodating. About a 10mn walk from local authentic Puerto Rican food as well as a Dennys. Cab/taxi service always on site. Walmart about 15mns away. Not an all inclusive, as most American hotels are not. Beach front bar, swim up bar in pool. Lol nothing like getting tipsy while taking a dip!
