Staff is very friendly and helpful. Accommodations were very clean, modern and spacious. Didn’t have a chance to golf but the course looked well maintained.

The most beautiful little casita. Beautiful setting along the golf course. Highly recommend and wish I wasn’t just passing thru, woukd have loved to stay longer.

Beth went above and beyond with the check-in process, as we were arriving late in the evening after an FSU game. The villa was clean and extremely comfortable, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future. Might even bring my golf clubs and stay an extra night next time!

We had a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and nice. Check in/out is performed in the pro shop and the staff are multi tasking which requires you to wait and a little inconvenient on our part and theirs. The Villa we stayed in was recently ungraded/remodeled. It was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Very pleased with the villa. The golf course is challenging but fun. Love the nature and peacefulness and serenity of the course. My husband did find it distasteful and unnecessary to take the trash out behind the restaurant to the dumpster. I could maybe understand gathering the trash and placing it at the door but having to go to the dumpster is a little bit much. My husband wasn’t pleased!!!

To begin with, the entire area from I'd say Perry to Apalachicola is terribly depressed, impoverished and populated with a lot of unfriendly and unhappy people. On this property, the one fellow who they call Coach appears to do every job that is administrative in nature. You see, since you check into your Villa at the pro shop, and you make your reservations there for both The villas and tee times, Coach has his hands full. Of course he also has to tend to the needs of the pro shop, checking in golfers and selling apparel and merchandise etc. I'm not sure where everybody else was. The property is in the state of construction/renovation such that it's very difficult to navigate on foot, which is the only way since they have no porters or luggage carousels or any of that nature to help you get your belongings from your vehicle in the parking lot to the villa. They did have two parking places that were closer to my villa, but they had cones in front of them for no parking during my stay, only to be removed as I was literally leaving the parking lot for the last time. The villas are very nice, they are essentially tiny homes and I think they are very nice and appointed well. However there is so much ambient light outside that you need to bring something to cover your eyes when you sleep. But they were very comfortable. The resort offered me an additional night at half price and then reneged on it. The golf was lovely.

Perfect overnight stay/experience. Just driving through and needed somewhere to stay for the night. It was absolute perfection, from Beth sending me our late check in door code and welcome letter to the amazing little villa we stayed in. So updated and clean and right on the golf course. We will DEFINITELY be back so we can stay longer!! Thank you!!

Great property-like new! Private villa with all the comforts of home. Lamps with USB ports. Ceiling fans and adjustable AC. Small kitchen, fridge, microwave and even a W/D. Plenty of towels for our stay and even extra pillows and blankets. Our bed was not the most comfortable but is to be expected in short term rentals. Convenient restaurant located on property which is good because there's not much else around the area. We were attending FSU Family weekend so the pricing here was 1/4 of what hotels in the Tally area were charging so it was a no brainer. An easy 45 min ride to the city.

Beautiful area, villa was clean and new, staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints at all. I will definitely stay again.
