I had made reservations when I got there they told me that they only had a king size bed room available. I showed them my confirmation information that I had booked for 2 beds. He said it doesn’t matter don’t book through ******* because they never get it right. I traveled from out of town. So i canceled and I went to another hotel.

Room was $160 a night. It was clean and everything was in good shape. No breakfast was offered. Hotel was empty when we stayed here but due to oilfield activity the rates were really high. Everything was well taken care of. It’s a little outside of town by itself.

Property is well maintained. No breakfast provided only issue.

The Hotel is at the junction of the two main roads into Carrizo Springs. The rooms were affordable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Staff were courteous and professional. Will stay there again.

The hotel was without power when I checked in and was still without power when I left in the early morning. Also, there wasn’t any hot water. The power was off because of a bad weather event and no fault of the hotel.

Manager was rude to check in, continental breakfast advertised, however was told that they are not providing because they decided they are remodeling. No compensation given as a result. Don’t check into the queen with the kitchenette unless you bring your own dishes and don’t mind it taking eight minutes to cook an over easy egg because the stove top is garbage. Also make sure you pull your sheets back if you’re on the bottom floor and don’t go barefoot in your room without checking the floors because I found two scorpions almost stepped on one and quite a few spiders. The toilet bowl was black when I got there and it wasn’t from old age or the water it was dirty . Don’t plan on having your room clean by 6 o’clock, when I called the manager and ask if they could please check to see if they skipped my room, his remark was how you wanted your room clean today? I’ve stayed at mini super rates and had a wonderful Experience. I would not recommend this one to anybody.

This hotel has the cleanest room I have ever stayed in! I have been traveling for 3 months and have seen some dirty rooms so this was a very pleasant surprise. A big thank you to the housekeepers at this hotel!!

Sink was broken. Mold on caulk in showers.

There needs to be a maintenance person on the premise on problems like no hot water or sink clog not working and sink is full of water

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was very clean. We will continue to use this Super 8 location when we are in the area.

This propert upon arriving looked sketchy when arrived the serviced was not very friendly got into the room and upon arrival inspection hair urine and feces on around toilet and sink had unknown substance on sink hadn’t been vacuumed properly and when asked front for cleaning supplies or wipes were given a little square packet with a towlet the size of my palm to clean with because of circumstances and location we went to the store to get cleaning solution of our own we’re not compensated or put in another room nothing also still under “COVID restrictions in a town lifted of restrictions w no breakfast not even coffee we were given coffee packs for our “room coffee “ and due to the nastinesses of the room yeah no! Definitely do not recommend we got robbed for the amount of the stay and the stay overall no way avoid being ripped off

They say they have breakfast and don't even have coffee. As a matter of fact, the lobby door was locked at 7:00 am.

First we find black widow spider and scorpions in the room also is false advertisement said free breakfast the only give us a juice and a muffin and was really unhappy.
