The hotel is a good place for a short-term stay. I would stay again.

I will not be staying here again. Property needs to be upgraded, The cleaning gal could not understand English At All !! She could not help me due to only speaking Spanish. The lady who checked me in Did nothing but mumble and Twitch and I could not understand a word of English she was speaking?

the shower head came out of the wall at my abdomen, i had to kneel to take a shower. Hotel was dirty and run down. Tub was worn and needed refinished. The room smelled like body odor. The carpet was filthy and the black out curtains were broken and wouldn’t close.0

The room wasnt quite a clean as it should be. Hair in the shower and clothes hanger holding curtain closed. Then they drummed up fake photo of ashes by the sink & window saying I was smoking when I dont smoke and refused to refund the $250 I googled fake hotel smoking charges and apparently this is somethung hotels do to increase their revenue. This hotel gets an F for Fraud!

There was a mouse in our room. They thought we was lieing until we showed them the video. They said there was nothing they could do.. they didn't even move us. Well we did not sleep at all that night.. they told us they was going to give us back our whole trip and ened up only giving us half back. Will never stay here again. Then on top of it a cop came in the next morning and asked for video surveillance.. come to find out they got robbed as well..

Had a terrible experience. Hotel was doing roof work and had workers banging right above my room at like 8am. Definitely one of the worst hotels I’ve spent the night in, and definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve also ever had.

Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Our room was next to staircase and it was a little busy and loud.

Property and facility was kept clean and well lighted at night staff was kind and courteous

First of all, I had to go to the front desk to ask for soap. The bigger issue was the mouse that crawled on the nightstand next to my bed.
