洛伊斯塔納峽谷度假酒店(Loews Ventana Canyon Resort)

After checking in and leaving my card info for those “incidentals “ which was only 200 the waited till the day I was checking out to charge my card also they charged me the same amount as my stay took an extra 112 from me understanding it’s just a hold but super inconvenient plus they took more out than what they were supposed to .

I really enjoyed my stay. It’s in a quiet, picturesque location right next to excellent hiking trails. The grounds are beautiful & the service was excellent. My only complaint is that you can hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms. The rooms don’t seem to be well insulated for noise. It wasn’t much of an issue though because my neighbors were quiet most of the time.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff outstanding. Every employee smiled and were anxious to help make our stay memorable and it was. There were three of us; old ladies in our eighties. A great place to stay.

Overall it was a great stay but i went in the middle for 2 bummer experiences. First the restaurant was amazing except for when my girl loves seafood asked about a dish and was told all proteins are seasoned then on a bed of rice. Well she is on a carb free diet, dont roll your eyes, when it arrived it was more of a jambalaya all mixed together. She did not enjoy it however my ribeye was amazing. Great wine. Other complaint was our toilet would not flush unless i pull off the lid and pulled the plunger by hand. Had maintenance come over and say it was fixed, nope.. At these prices we shouldn't have to pull the chain ourselves

The views were absolutely beautiful. Parking was a bit of a mess towards the end of our stay but in order to create more parking you would encroach more on the land so I understand you cannot have both.

The view was fabulons. The Room perfect. The food : Breakfast : œuf Bénédicte: egg to cooked, ham very salty. Waffles and pancakes not cooked anough

Lovely and cool. Nestled in the hillside. Beautiful property with lots to do and comfortable places to hang out. Staff was lovely. Highly recommend.

The beauty of of this place is astounding. The nature trail and natural waterfall is truly breathtaking. You will not be disappointed.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location however the rooms that are not located in main hotel need some TLC. We switched rooms because of the AC which the staff was accommodating, but both rooms looked like they hadn’t been occupied for sometime (cobwebs, pet hair, dust, etc.) The AC was ok in the second room, but it was very loud and needs to be upgraded. You’re definitely paying for the views and location which are UH-mazing! Hotel just needs to be tended to more and upgraded (bathroom door kept getting stuck because it was so old).
