棕櫚泉高爾夫希爾頓逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton Golf Resort Palm Springs)

I checked in at the time that i was supposed to i was told by the front desk a woman by the name of susan that my room was not ready and i booked a room on the first floor with a balcony a king size bed and a fire pit i was told that i will be going to a double bed on the second room which was even more expensive than the one i booked the room was disgusting one of the mirrors in the bath was btoken it was terrible i should probably get my money back all 380 dollars back

Me gustó: el hotel es bonito, para aquellos que van a Coachella es un gran opción. Tiene buena comida y bebida, de hecho el personal que atiende en los restaurantes es EXCELENTE. No me gustó: estuve 4 noches y no hubo servicio/ limpieza en el cuarto. Desde que llegué me lo indicaron, pero creo que a los 2 días de estancia sí es necesario que pase alguien por la basura, a dejar toallas nuevas y a hacer la cama.

Although the view was beautiful, the room and staff were the worst I’ve come across in so long. You have to put in a request to have your room cleaned, which we did every day, and yet our room was only cleaned ONCE during our TWO week stay there. I would have switched hotels after the first week after being treated so badly by the staff and uncleanliness in general and from the room not being cleaned, but I was not able to get a refund so I HAD to stay. On arrival we noticed that trash was left in our room even though it looked clean, i immediately called the front desk and the staff did not help at all. I would not recommend to this hotel to anyone. It truly ruined our vacation. They even just made us move rooms instead of having it cleaned and they moved us to a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I’m just deeply saddened by my experience here and how down right rude the staff was due their own negligence and poor service.

This is an older dirty hotel, older hotels are fine if management keeps it clean. This property has dirty carpets, walls, dusty rooms and our room had dirty/stained sheets. For the price we paid it was not worth the stay. Never going back.

Extremely rude staff and so much miscommunication. Front desk barely answer the phone and when they do, they yell and close the phone mid conversation. Horrible experience. I reached the call center and they themselves could not even reach the front desk until several attempts
