酒店位置挺好的，周圍也挺熱鬧，酒店自帶的餐館不錯，價格也便宜，酒店頂樓泳池很不錯，美中不足酒店的健身房裡力量器械很少，有一台四麪架，已經破了，衹有啞鈴與一個自由訓練架，不過，步行5分鐘就能走到一個24小時健身房，還挺大的，非常不錯，酒店周圍按摩店眾多，宿務做按摩也很便宜，100rmb按兩小時

職員有禮貌，進入酒店前每次都要進行安檢。不過床很小，訂的是兩大兩小房間，但king size bed都只夠兩人睡，加床要加錢，但我們要求給小朋友的打地鋪安全墊（其實是床褥）就不用收錢。酒店衛生都可以，不過朋友的房間兩晚都發現蟑螂，最後要換房。

Из хорошего-цена и локация отеля. Из минусов-горячая вода. Нагревается и течет очень мелкой струйкой.

我住3晚會給它3/5!房間乾淨安靜,遠離別處傳來的雜的音樂或噪音,房間也是新的,便宜所以得到你所付出的一切。前台的工作人員可以更歡迎誠實。當你經過接待處時,他們會看着你,尤其是在下午的班女孩和男孩,而早上的2個男孩是最冷的人。我認爲那是缺乏的!他們發現很難問候你,甚至一個嗨或你好!他們應該向博霍爾或巴拉望三星級酒店的員工學習。儘管他們的酒店並不新鮮,但他們甚至以真誠和熱情的微笑來體驗。如果他們提供迷你酒吧或水壺來喝咖啡或什麼,可能也會更好。如果您預算有限,而且酒店員工不歡迎,推薦這家酒店!

乾淨、整潔，外觀如照片上，但房間707有點潮濕，朋友住708不會。708有一個小門，鎖住，不知是什麼有點奇怪的感覺⋯⋯早餐也還不錯！離AYALA也近，,出飯店門口往右邊直走，在紅綠燈下右轉，沒幾步就在對面。是Metro,但和AYALA相連。發現Quest飯店就在mall對面。看地圖還以為有段距離。

Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

在宿務Ayala商場緊挨着的酒店，位置很好，對於菲律賓這種不能在大街上隨便走的國家來説這個酒店的位置是很友好的。有個後門，出去就是Ayala商場。 酒店設施有些老了，但整體還是挺乾淨的，挺整潔。 其實算是標準普通5星的酒店
