Great place. Great staff. Parking! Good location close to freeways abd convention center.

I stay in different Marriot hotels in different states for work and leisure. On average, I use Marriot at least once every month either myself or with my husband. Most locations are very flexible and understanding with the changing plans especially for work reasons. I was surprised that this location did not want to reimburse 2 nights out of 7 days stay when I called back from work. I provided a very early and convenient notice to leave two days early and even though I was able to get a reimbursement it was a real after and after a long talk and multiple calls from *******. Therefore, I am very disappointed in a way since I chose Marriot always not only because it is clean and safe but also allow me some flexibility for majorly for work reasons when I can provide an early notice.

Guest has to clean his own room and bring their own toiletries. Staff and management will not have rooms cleaned or replenish soap even when requested ahead of time. Breakfast staff was rude every day. Washing machines in laundry room steals $0.50 in each wash. We reported all inconveniences to staff manager who did not care since our stay was alerady pre paid in full thru thw ******* app. We used ******* to have a great time and ended having terrible service and no choice of leaving since everything was already paid for. Will never the app or marriot ever again.

While our experience was underwhelming for a Marriott property, everything was fine overall. The staff was pleasant enough and handle the issues that arose (faulty lock, remote, plumbing, etc.) with urgency. Breakfast ended earlier than expected but was tasty and offered a great variety. The area has nice eateries, is walkable, and located just 5-10 mins away from public transportation.

We had a wonderful stay until house keeper left dirty towels and blankets right outside our room door then left us fresh towels on top of the couch instead of placing where they belong and did not refill our body bath soap I actually had to come out the shower and go downstairs to request a new bottle and all the manager can say was I’m sorry I will have to check who the housekeeper was on duty for your floor that day besides this inconvenience we ran into during our stay we had a good stay , properly was clean , breakfast was decent they had your typical options for breakfast and the front desk ladies were very nice

Very close to the venue and event we were attending. Walking distance to all the touristy spots. Breakfast eggs were excellent! Coffee 24/7 would be nice. Need some bar soap or something in the room for hand washing.

Staff was friendly. Room was ok. Carpet peeling, headboard stained but everything was clean when I arrived. Elevators need maintenance. There were several broken parts in them. Not what I expected from the brand based on previous experiences.
