Nous avons pas eu d’informations qu’il fallait récupérer les clés dans un autre endroit. À part ça, mon séjour c’est très bien passé. Petit déjeuner complet.

Beware of this hotel chain! As one reviewer stated, there are plenty of other options in Chania! We needed to change our booking and although I never book non-refundable rooms, all of a sudden my first confirmation letter changed to a different confirmation which they claimed was the only VALID one. I’ve traveled to several countries, including Crete, and not once have I booked no refundable. Especially with the COVID pandemic increasing problems for travelers. Management is rude, unhelpful and could not explain why they sent me 2 reservation confirmations. However, since the charge went through my credit card, we are forced to stay here. I will post an honest and reliable review after our stay, and hope once we are there, management and staff are much improved in person. Would I EVER book here again? Absolutely not! The first confirmation I received clearly stated refundable room. The second one did not! Yes, we will be staying here, but would really advise others to look elsewhere. I’ll post pics and more reviews after our stay.

Fantastic staff. Also very convenient all restaurants, bars, and excursion pickups are in walking distance. The house keeping cleaned the place daily.

A lovely little place, perfect for a one night stop over with two teenage kids. Great air con in a very hot Cretan sun, 10 stroll down to the harbour. Situated in a busy street at night, had a real buzz so much so our son went back out with his dad for more fun when we got back. The good quality glazing meant despite the night life, it was very quiet once inside. This accommodation is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are only stairs and we went up two flights to reach our room. Staff were very welcoming. A buffet breakfast is available at one of the sister hotels but we ate out at a local cafe around the corner for less than half the €12 pp they charge. Chania itself is a beautiful town, it’s busier at night than through the day and we spent a good couple of hours people watching at a local bar around the marina side of the old harbour. Highly recommend and good value for money.

Confusion surrounding which location to check in - most staff was rude to us too

This is a nice hotel in the heart of Channia. The staff is really helpful and kind, particularly Manolis, who is great guy. The only turn off is that the place does not have any reception, so you need to go to another hotel (about 4 blocks) to check in/out and have breakfast.
